What if Willow was stopped in Magic Shop??

Would anything changed if Willow was stopped by Giles in Magic Shop??? Would she ever went to England??
 
Hmmmm...interesting idea. Althogh, I don't know how it would have worked out. I think Willow kind of had to stop by herself...with the emotional break-down. I mean, if she had just lost her power when she was in that blob, she probably wouldn't have felt so much remorse about what she did. Maybe she wouldn't have even recovered to her old self again! I don't know...I'm probably way off. ::uh::
 
I was thinking bout that...If she was just stopped by Giles, after sometime when Scoobies wouldn't see it coming she could strike again and even end the world...
 
Imagine if that had happened, and Willow got even worse and actually ended the world. Imagine if Buffy had actually ended that way...no no, I don't want to imagine that anymore!
 
She probably still wouldve went to England because she did already take a human life and was in a dark place.
 
I don't think it woud've been such a good episode if she was stopped in the Magic Box. Because it'd be IMO a bad ending for Dark Willow.. I think the emotional scene at the end was a good way to end it.
And so I truely don't even think Willow could have been stopped by Giles. Because either way he would have probably trapped her in the green glob thing, and then she would still use Anya to take it off. So either way I don't believe she could even be stoped in the Magic Box. She need to be saved by some one who was close to her and stuff. And knew how and which way to save her from the thing she became.
 
Very interesting Ana, I think she still would have gone to England. She really needed help. But if it had only gone that far, I imagine that Giles wouldn't have given her as much guidance, and maybe she would have gone back to evil Willow again. O the possibilities...

I think that if Giles would have stopped her in the magic box, it would've cheapened the rest of the characters. Xander did not get to save the world, Anya would not have shown so much compassion for Giles, Buffy would not have asked Dawn to help her. And I always felt that if he could have, Giles would have killed Willow. I think if he would have stopped her, he quite possibly may have killed her. But who knows?

I like the way it ended. But good point to wonder what would've happened
 
That was great ep.I think that Giles wouldn't be able to kill Willow-he was somehow her mentor,teacher and she was more powerful than he..
 
If she was stopped, she would've needed help, somehow.
I mean, we know how things turned out, so we know what was in her mind when she went into the Magic Box; that she wanted power.
I dont think you could turn your back on all that power, so someone would've needed to help her.
 
i still think she would have gone to England. She probably would of needed even more help if Giles had stop her, because it wouldn't have been out of her decision and her humanity wouldn't have caused her to change back. She would have probably been much easier to go back to Evil Willow if Giles had stopped her. She would have, later on, probably been more dangerous, because she would have less remorse for her actions.
 
Offcourse she still needed to go to England. How far she got isn't important, her intents are what matters, and they were still just as rotten.
