She did come back with the memories of what had happened. It was in 100th episode "Your Welcome"

Well, I don't know about the other people, but I always thought that Jasmine took control on Cordy and brought her down and was also affected by the loss of memory. So, to me, it wouldn't have matter if Cordy/Jasmine remembered.

Lorne was too afriad to tell, yeah? And before he got the courage too, Wolfram & Hart stole his brain... er, the part with Cordy's reading.

I think that if Lorne would've told the gang what he saw in Cordy's future,it would have taken longer for Jasmine's plan to set in motion.I still think it would happen in the long run.
