What is actually official? Most of the threads in this forum is speculation and opinions, but what have we gathered?

I only seem to know that James Marsters will def be in next season.

And is the rumour about Cordelia not coming back official?

Anything else? How about Connor?
 
yep Charisma isnt an offical cast member anymore, Joss said in the tv guide interview that he felt it they brought her charecter to what they wanted
 
That <B>does not</b> mean that they will never appear though.<BR><BR>And how can Joss say that they have brought Charisma's character to where they wanted. She still has a lot of untapped potential. She has demon powers, which she couldn't control properly in season 3, and it would be kick-ass to see her using them for good. Also, she has killed people. She can't leave now, she needs to be good again first.
 
That's the nice thing about the Buffyverse. They never stay dead/gone *lol*

I don't want to see Connor back, though. I love him to death and he was one of my favorites, but he's in a good place. They brought the storyline to about as perfect an ending as I'd want. Leave him be.
 
But if Joss says he thinks he has bought the character as far as he can then I don't think Cordelia is coming back. Considering what she was like she has really come far and I think her character has come full circle.
 
well Joss said that he would still like Charisma to make guest appearnces like Sarah, and im thinking that they will do what they can with Cordy before she leaves
 
Umm CC and VK might be making guest appereances, I found it out from EW. But they will not be regulars, I am sad I wish Connor was still around.

I hope they bring cordy back sometime in the future... i'm gonna miss her.... her sarcasticness and bluntly honest opinions will be missed..

She's not been so blunt recently, aside from in 'Spin the Bottle' she has been an awful character this season.

I know Joss likes to make the good guys go evil, but Cordy?
Too weird..!

If she came back good then I would like her again, and I'm sure that there are plenty of oportunities to give her a good storyline, after all, she still hadn't mastered the 'glowiness' before she went off to be a higher being. I would love to see her use it properly. Still, I'm sure she'd rather go home and look after her kid.

You should know by now that Joss doesn't like happy endings. Maybe the very last ever ep of Angel will be happy, but until then...

I do know what you mean about Connor, but I'd rather have him actually on the screen than have him happy.

Although it would be even better if we can have him on the screen and happy :: tu ::
 
I'm sure cordy will be on a few episodes..... she wasn't good y cordy at all last season which sucked.... i hated her evil..... cordy + evil = no good.. didn't like it... never wanna see it again.

and connor well... I feel sorry for everything that happened to him but.... i won't be missing him too much because all he did was whine and complain... in some instances you can't blame him though... kids had a sucky life.

One of the major themes that has developed through the years of Buffyverse is the theme of Redemption (Angel, Faith, Spike for the obvious ones). Cordelia HAS to come back, for that very purpose! I think even Lilah was having some breakthrough, even though it was strictly an emotional breakthrough, but it was a start.
 
Why are you all saying that it was the worst season for Cordelia ever???? She was great, they should have let her come out of her coma at the end of Home. But Cordelia Evil was great i liked her, well i have to say that i still like the good and bitchy Cordelia.
 
the first episode starst filming in 2 weeks, and it will take 8 days to film, so hopefuly our first spoiler will come in the middle of july.....lets pray ^_^
