My most extreme look? I'd say it's my Goth style when I was a teen and was still trying to find
my style; I knew it was in that area, but I went a bit overboard, lol. Black
everything, massive black makeup (eyes, lips, fingernails, everything was black) I looked...not good. Beyond that, I never had anything I would call extreme, but others definitely would, like my mohawk that was green sometimes, blue others, or the synthetic dreads I wove into that same mohawk, the dreads were black & red. I also shaved my head once, but that was just because I was over my mohawk and wanted my hair to grow out even, lol. (my friend thought I was a boy when we first met, so I feel
@Blaze 's pain)
1. What prompted you to change your style?
Change it to the extreme one or change it back? I kind of already answered both anyway, so it doesn't matter
🙂
2. Specifically, in what way did this particular look express who you are?
I've always been different, and my style has always shown through with that. Not really a choice, just what I like. I'm a tomboy and these days I mostly wear dark skinny jeans and band tees, maybe throw a flannel shirt over my tee.
3. What were the reactions of those closest to you?
Lol, my mom was pretty chill at first, until she realized it
wasn't a phase. My dad never reacts well to different, poor man has both daughters interested in the world of punk, piercings and body art. He still tries to convince me and my sister to get our ink removed and take out our piercings
😀
4. Do you still sport this look?
Not that extreme, but close; I still dye my hair crazy colors and wear accessories in crazy colors, I still wanna get synthetic dreads again someday. But my most extreme Goth look, I would never wear again, it was only overboard because I was new to looking like that, lol.
5. Have you any regrets about it?
Not a one.
