What is the most stressful season from both Btvs and Ats?

What do you think is the most stressful season from both BTVS and Ats?

for me it's:

Btvs:
1): Season 2
2): Season 5
3): Season 7

Ats:
1): Season 3
2): Season 4

I think the most stressful season of BtVS is Season 6.

I haven't watched the finale of Angel season 3 yet and neither have I watched seasons 4 and 5, but season 3 was extremely stressful so far.
 
In my eyes it the most stressful season was season 4 in BTVS. All the college-stuff, I really hated it because it remembered me to much at my own schoolstress! May that's the reason why I don't really like the season. 😀 All the teachers, all this homeworks. All this thousand little things you have to do! Of course some of you might say that there was the high-school but I think everything there was a level lower. More friendly and individual. In contrary I loved the High-school part of BTVS because it shows me how you can handle all the work there and still have fun with friends. But the college was just gray in gray. 🙁
 
BtVS season 7 because it was so bad

Angel season 4, I enjoyed the first 3/4 of the season but the last 1/4 with Jasmine didn't sit well with me. Also the writers did a poor job with Cordelia
 
In BTVS I'd say 6 is the most stressful, and it's also one of my favorites...what does that say about me? 😉

In Angel I'd say season 3, with the Holtz/Connor arc

It's my favorite too! Surprised? haha

It is also the one I think is the most stressful in BtVS

In Angel, I'd have to say season 4 because it pissed me off really bad (Cordy)
 
Definitely season 6 of Buffy. Even now when I watch it (for the millionth time) it still stresses me out. I have to make sure I am in the mood to deal with it haha.

I think season 4 for Angel. Especially Shiny Happy People.
