What is your signature dish?

The dish Im known for is simple pastryless quiche. Its the easiest thing for share type lunches and is always a hit. I dont really like it that much, but everyone else seems to haha. Its what Im asked to make.

I think Ive put a more detailed recipe on here before -
1/2 cup self raising flour
1 cup of cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup of canola/veg oil (less is fine, just keeps it moist)
And whatever fillings you want, bacon, tomato, zucchini, onion, spinach. Bake in the oven until its risen and cake like.

I cant think much of a standout, at the moment I live ona microwaved potato with butter and spinach (i loooove spinach!)

I dont really like cooking either, prefer the eating and being fat bit.

Is Masterchef as dramatic in other countries as it is in Oz?

Half the stuff is well our of a bogans coles budget. And I have major issue with the womens loose hair, and how often they touch their faces when cooking. My stomach aint strong enough for that.

It's pretty tame here, although I caught the US version on tv once and had to turn it off because it was giving me a headache. How do Americans watch their TV without sore heads? 😛

Aussie masterchef has so many tears. And if someone drops a dish - cut to ad break with slow mo and music.

Gordon ramsey would make that lot bawl. Bunch a soft cooks.

The Aussie Masterchef sounds a bit ott! We got an Aussie judge on the English version though, with big John Torode. I like him. 😀

I make this cream-tomato-basil-white cheddar sauce and put it on pretty much anything that works... Pasta mostly, chicken breast, rice, potatoes... You name it.
So easy to make and turns out wonderful

So anytime I cook something that is not a salad/omelet I'm probably gonna make this sauce

I basically throw stuff together and try to make something edible out of it. I think my current successes include Estonian potato or macaroni salads, Breton pancakes, fruit de mer pasta with cooking cream and spinach, chicken teriyaki and my own version of quasidillas!

I would never be mistaken for a cook, but I taught myself about a half dozen recipes to lean on in the event of dates over dinner and things like that. Most involve pasta. My favorite is Pasta Carbonarra. I am really good at this. I can finally make a decent risotto as well.

Chill with the descriptions guys, I am getting hungry and I have nothing in the fridge lol!

Every guy should know how to cook at least one meal. The best thing is when a guy cooks dinner on a date. It's impressive, not lazy, shows effort and if they clean the dishes that's a bonus😉. Lol. Just a little dating advice for all the guys out there. Lol. Pasta carbonarra sounds good btw.
