What keeps you addicted to Btvs and Angel?

hmmmm what keeps me addicted one big thing is the men! David and James wouldn't mind spending enterity with either! lol
I think its because the shows timeless i can watch it in any time and still find the jokes funny and the plot gripping. But i do take long breaks were i only watch one or two episodes so i don't get bored of it.
 
It's everything I like in a show all wraped up into one.

Not to mention characters like Spike and Giles.

Also The Production on Angel is amazing it's like watching a movie.
