What kept the happiness factor going today?

Went and looked at art, was fun. Might do it again tomorrow. Probably not though.
 
I was flicking through the music channels earlier and Don't Stop Movin was playing on one of the channels.😀
 
the fact that i fiinally got some time to come here and post a bit! im afraid you guys start to think i dont care for the boards anymore :S
 
Today was pretty miserable weather-wise, but walking to work this morning across the local public park, I stopped to look at some Canada geese feeding in the fields, There were about 50 or 60 of them. As I stood there I felt the stress bleed out of me.
Pretty weird, I seem to have a bird fixation lately. Oh well it could be a lot worse!

On a slightly different note as I was walking to town earlier this morning, I heard a voice:
"Excuse me, are you going past the Post Office?"
I looked around, and there was an elderly lady, in a zimmer frame no less, standing just inside her front door. A complete stranger.
Slightly nonplussed, "Umm yes I am actually"
"Well can you post this letter for me" She handed me said letter.
"Okay, no problem"
What can I say, I must have a trustworthy face, the old girls just love me!
Shame about the young ones.

Uhm, yeah America's President-elect makes me quite happy. I hope he will make some improvements to the better. Any way, that was nice to watch during the night.

Further that I've got my new notebook now *.*

However, what annoys me, is that I didn't notice, that my university session today got cancelled due to the elections, so i kind of pointlessly turned up there as a half zombie. Doesn't matter, I've got my notebook, America has got its new president and ooooh, I had pancakes. Really great =)

I dunno.. For some reason it must be my new skarf. I just love it. So bright and pink. And soft and warm. Every nordic person should have a scarf like that know when it's so freezing outside!

Also, I dreamt it was snowing. 🙂 Pretty snow falling silently over the land, covering the brown and dull colours whith a blanket of white pureness, making the cold not seem so cold.

How cold do you have? Here it´s around 0 degrees celsius. Not that cold considering, and it´s more likely 5 than 0 now. And we have snow. Can´t say that it makes things less cold to me. More the other way around. Snow = cold. But it looks pretty and as long as it won´t turn into slush I´m not complaining. But no scarfs for me. At least until it get´s -10 or less. And definitely not bright and pink. 😉

My happyness factor today this far came from talking to the people I love and care about. They always make me happy. :grouphug: And the sun shining together with the snow makes it look very nice outside.
 
I got to see my wife and kids this morning for awhile (work has sucked as of late), even if I did have to drive home off a 20 hour 'work' day and only got 5 1/2 hours sleep after the fact, to do so. Today I don't leave untill late morning so i didn't have to overnight like I thought i would when i have late nights followed by early mornings with my 3 hour travel time. (Better stop griping about could have beens or I'll have to go to the vent thread.)

Around here,Dlou and her stories in the common room make for hillarity!

I get a new work truck soon.

My coffee doesn't suck.
 
S CLUB 7 ARE REFORMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read in the paper just now that they're gunna reform but so far, only 3 members have signed up.
