What really happens when we take this drug?

After the first ten minutes of ingesting this drug your body would naturally want to vomit, but the chemical compounds in the drug prevent it from happening.

After twenty minutes your liver begins to go into overdrive.

After forty minutes your body has absorbed all the drug, causing your pupils to dilate and blood pressure to rise.

After forty-five minutes dopamine levels are significantly elevated and you have euphoric feelings.

After sixty minutes there are numerous biochemical reactions in your body, creating a virtual rave inside your body and bloodstream.

I am not certain of that as I have never mixed it with vodka. In the (paraphrased) immortal words of Dawn Summers "only losers drink"

Rum seems to make it a disco, whiskey is more of a mosh pit.

Meh, anyway the only way I'll drink nasty Vodka is with Redbull, two nasty things together seems to make an okay drink. And I'll be a loser all day long if it means I get to enjoy an ice cold beer 😛

Well.. diet coke is sodium free, so if you want I suppose you could drink it was some salt. Might be better than vodka.

Incidentally, does anyone else know that Coca Cola was originally made and sold by druggists as a headache/hang over cure? It wasn't until someone mixed it with carbonated water, rather than regular tap water, that the soft drink was born.

Yeah.. cocaine and heroin were used medicinally as well.

Coca Cola was originally made with unrefined coca sap , not refined cocaine, as a sweetener (They now use corn syrup) and caffeine, as a headache remedy. Basically, it was the same as very strong, sweet, coffee, which will also treat a headache or hang over.

And that "odd" flavor in Dr Pepper is prune juice.
