What role would you like to see David in other than Angel?

Well, he already played the bad guy in Valentine. Of course we had already seen him as Angelus so it wasn't much of a change really. I wouldn't mind seeing him in a comedy. Every now and then we see some Angel humor, but not much. Or maybe a real serious role playing a true person or something. Hey anything with him in it and I'll go see it! What do some of you think? 😀
 
Id like to see him in a romance 🙂 It would be a little different then what we see normally....well there was the Buffy thing, but a romance movie maybe 😉
 
I'd like to see him in a comedy too...Him and his karaoke is funny..lol....he'd be good in a funny Movie
 
nooooooo more kareoke!! that's scary.... *shudders* but yeah i think he'd be good in a funny movie.
 
I'd like to see him in a romantic comedy. I can't think of a certain role. But you know what I mean. All luvey duvey. 😉 He was in that romance with Buffy but something different than that. If you understand me... then you are smart. 😉
 
A romantic comedy or a comedy would be good. He's definatly got a good lead in comedy type things but I don't know how far he could really take it. So I'd say a Romantic comedy that way he could sing kareoke and try to when the girl😉
 
In a comedy.Theres barely any humer (theres some) in Angel so it would be great to see him do something completly different.
Err.. or at least i think so.
 
Ain't David supposed to be in a movie entitled "I'm With Lucy", which has been described as a romantic comedy? I haven't heard any info lately about the movie though.
 
Well i would like to see him in a comedy. Perhaps not a romantic comedy - just a run of the mill humour fest.

I think that would be a welcome change to the brooding angel we've become accustomed to.
 
Hes done the horror thing(valentine), the romance thing (buffy),the actiony thing (angel). I would love to see him in a comedy for sure 🙂
 
Yep I'm with Lucy is meant to be a romantic comedy. He is just so good at little comedy moments, especially in the setup in Angel at te moment. Shows how much he's developed, some of Angel's first lines make me cringe so badly. I'd love to see him do a real contemporary thing, something like American Pie style. Just so long as he doesn't get stuck in the teenage genre - he really is a great actor now i feel!
 
Oh yeah! I'm With Lucy that has Monica Potter too. She is cool. I don't think he would get stuck in the teenage genre even though I don't really wanna see him in anything like that. I don't really think he would do it unless he really liked the script.
 
I'd like to see him in a romance movie to...you know without the whole tortured soul thing.

Well i thought "Valentine" was a nice move from Angel. I don't really have a problem with a romantic comedy as many of you said, it would suit him somewhat. I just thing a more dark spirited production would be a better choice. You know, something still keeping the "Angelus" perspective in respect. Maybe even some Film Noir, like a detective or something. Reminiscing the episode, "Are You Now or Have You Ever Been," something classy would be ideal for David.
 
i would'nt like to see him in a comedy, it would be wierd to see him being constantly funny. I don't think i could really see him be anyone else but Angel

I did hear a rumor that he was up for the role of the next Batman!! That would be pretty good to see.

I'd like to see him in something more actiony!!
 
i think david would be really cute in a comedy or romance. hes great at being bad and i think we should see what else he can be cute at 🙂 well, ok, no matter what, he'll be cute at anything! but, whatever...lol.
