Question What`s your favourite musical?

I love a musical and you can't beat the classics, My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music and Carousel are all great
 
Strictly broadway : Follies, She Loves Me, Assassins

Movies : Singin' In the Rain, My Fair Lady, Meet Me in St. Louis
 
I'm not much of a musical fan, that this will be rather short list: Strictly Ballroom, White Christmas & Once More With Feeling. I've heard Across the Universe is good, but still haven't seen it.

I love musicals, so my list is looong. Some of my faves, though...

I've only seen one musical in the theater 🙁 but it was amazing. It was Sweeney Tod and, being a lover of the movie version, I can say that it was just as good as Burton's, perhaps better considering the format of a stage production.

Movie musicals, I love Hairspray, both the original and the remake, Grease, obviously, Rocky Horror, duh, phew, so many. Musical really is one of my favorite movie genres, but my advice would be to steer clear of The Last Five Years, the only musical that I felt completely wasted my time to sit through 🙁

I love Musicals. My current favourite is 21 chump street. it's worlds shortest musical.

Moulin Rouge is probably my favorite. I have a soft spot for Joseph and his technicolor dreamboat because it was the first one I saw and I loved it as a kid. I also love Les Miserables, Singing in the Rain, and Newsies. And obviously Once More With Feeling and Dr Horrible.

See it! It is silly. But sooooooo enjoyable. Very good interpretation of Strawberry Fields.

"The King And I"
"Oklahoma" (the Hugh Jackman version)

I love Rodgers and Hammerstein

Broadway:: phantom of the opera
