What the hell is going at TFAW??? Buffy#1 (second printing)

As I failed to get the 1st printing I pre-ordered the second printing and it should've been released from TFAW on the 28th of March. They still have the issue on pre-order so they haven't shipped me mine yet. What's going on??? Even Dark Horse says it is in stock and gives a direct link to TFAW and says "buy now". I mailed TFAW but they haven't mailed me back. Anyon know what's going on?
 
Have you tried bugging them by phone? lol. Does everything from tfaw get sent out like a week or more late? Dunno.
 
The second printing was released March 28. I picked it up from a comic store. I heard another member say he did also.
 
Well, then that means TFAW hasn't received the comic books or something. It really sucks.

that's exactly what i did. it's still telling me that my order hasn't been shipped yet, even though it was supposed to arrive in their warehouse on the 28th.
 
When I was waiting for the first printing, I emailed them and they emailed me the next day telling me everything that was going on... they seemed very helpful. I'd try calling them if they don't email you back within a day.
 
I pre-ordered the other issues (#2, #3 & #4) aswell. Well, hopefully they will ship #1 soon. Too bad they release #2 a week later (april 11 not april 4).

at tfaw.com they always have the release date set for the following week.
At the nearest comic book store here they get it a couple days after the release in the US.

I just got my variant cover in the mail today 😀
 
I hope this helps. IF You are having trouble getting season 8 try to have a poll done. This is where you go to your nearest comic book store and have them hold the comic for you. This is what I've had done. This means they will hold the comic for you until you come get it and pay for it. Just make sure you find a comicbook store that does it.( just keep going until you find one that does)

They mailed me and confirmed that they finally received the comics. They will ship #1 (second printing) and #2 together on the 11th of April. Also, I doubt there are ANY comic book stores in Estonia (there really are only about 3 bigger cities in Estonia, live in the second largest, and compared to most of the major countries they are SMALL), comics really don't sell here very well. I mean there are stores that sell some comics but definately not Buffy.
 
At least you'll not have to wait to read part #2 like us 😉 As soon as you finish the first comic you want the next one.
 
kanga I agree with you there. It's not like the tv show where all you had to do was wait a week . With a comic you have to wait a month . :lmao:
 
according to TWFA today, both the first and second comics have been shipped to me today. i've no idea when they'll reach me, as i live in the UK, but at least i know they're on th way!! lol

Interesting that they already shipped yours and that TFAW got #2 so fast, #1 & #2 gonna ship on the 11th of April for me. I presumed that this was the date they would get the #2 but apparently not, oh well, I'm just glad I'll be able to eventually read the comics.
 
Yess!!! TFAW shipped me the first two issues yesterday, can't wait.:cheering:
 
yeah, my first two were shipped yesterday as well...the only thing is that it takes 20-30 business days to reach me!! lol, well, at least i won't have to wait as long for the next issue!!
