What the...?

Okay, it's been like this for a while now, but it hasn't bugged me until today. On my PC it suddenly took off my desktop background/ screensaver...whatever you wanna call it and only lets me have a colour not a picture. I right clicked and went on options, but the 'Browse' button to choose a picture is glazed over, so I tried click 'set as desktop background' but it made no change, I tried turning the computer on and off again, but it still did nothing. Anything I can do? I'm not really allowed to mess with the computer much, 'cause I broke our last two computers, so I can't do anything really complicated, but if anyone has any suggestions, it would be helpful.

honestly, im not sure about your problem; sorry :blush:. ive never had it. i did do some googling on the subject, though, and maybe this site will be of some help, or at least actually resemble your problem 😛. if not, hopefully someone more computer-savvy will come along to give you better advice 🙂.

That happens to me occasionally as well, not sure why yet though. I will get to the bottom of it for my own sanity...but as far as I know maybe a malfunction? Are you using Window's Vista?

Just do a system restore to before it happened
