What time are new Darkhorse releases available?

Does anyone know if Darkhorse releases their digital comics at midnight day-of, or is there a particular hour they usually make them available?

I couldn't find this on the Darkhorse FAQ.

I suppose midnight Portland time. I don't know how that translates in US timeline but it will be in 3 hours from now.

Well I'm on the West Coast anyway - so it looks like it was made available at Midnight, Pacific Time, since I got it just after midnight. 🙂
