Many people lurk a bit, then finally muster up the courage to post a thread. It's actually an important milestone...that moment when you decid to throw caution to the wind, and draw more attention to ourselves. 😱

Do you remember the first thread you created here? If so, please post the link (if you have it) and so we can share your walk down memory lane. šŸ’•

I actually posted my first thread right after I joined because I'm rather impatient. After reading through it just now, I'm surprised at how...sweet I sounded. Wolf in sheep's clothing, table for one! šŸ˜…

Post in thread 'Oh thank God there's an active Buffy site!' Oh thank God there's an active Buffy site!

Just a standard old Hello thread 😳

Something silly and fan-fic esque about writing your very own 'pep-talk' for a character who never got one. How do you find old threads you yourself posted?

Click on your profile, then there’s a drop down box that says ā€œFindā€. Click that and you want ā€œFind all threads by (you)ā€.

From there you just skip to the last page, which should be the oldest threads you created.

If you were curious, your first thread was about inspirational pep talks and what you would say to the characters

Only three years? That seems impossible.

Oh no. Now I want to go see cringey high school Cohen. 😩🤣

Apart from the introduction thread, the first of mine was about Angel signing away the Shanshu prophecy but signing his name "Anger" rather than "Angel". It got 13 replies.

My most successful threads in terms of number of replies were:

Article Toronto Globe and Mail Article on the Female Gaze - 26 replies

Hugh Hefner - Cultural and Feminist Lightning Rod - 32 replies

I doubt mine was Buffy related at all cos I spend most of my posts in the Bronze.
