Puppet Angel and Spike's brawl is hilarious, but I think I have to go with nightshade. Wes and Cordy pretending to be Angel and Buffy is so classic. They were so hilariously over-the-top yet on-point at the same time.

There are so many moments in BOTH shows that always make me laugh without fail. I don't know why, but THIS moment in Buffy's Season 2 Episode 18 'Killed By Death', when Giles comes in and gives Buffy Grapes is one of the funniest things to me.
Willow: I did all your assignments. All you have to do is sign your
name.
Buffy: Chocolate means *nothing* to me.
Cordelia: Nobody told me I was supposed to bring a gift. I was out of the loop on gifts.
Giles: It's, it's tradition among, um... people. Um... Grapes. Well, did you, uh, pass the night well enough?

I really liked this part in Gingerbread!!!
Cordelia: "I came over here to tell Buffy to stop this craziness, and
found you all unconscious--again. How many times have you been
knocked out, anyway? I swear, one of these times, you're going
to wake up in a coma."
Giles: "Wake up in a...? Oh, never mind. We need to save Buffy from
Hansel and Gretel."
Cordelia: "Now, let's be clear. The brain damage happened before I hit you."
Kills me everytime!!!

She really did!!! I think Giles also had some classic ones like in Beer Bad when he says Giles: "Blonde. Um, about this tall. Walks with sort of a sideways limp." that had me laughing only good part in Beer bad I have to say!

Although he REALLY irritates me sometimes....Xander definitely made me laugh the most when I was a kid.

Spike, Anya, and Buffy also make me laugh pretty had on occasion but I can't find any videos that do them justice. Although my favorite Spike quote *might* be "Out.For.A.Walk...bitch." or "Is everyone here very stoned?" Robin's quote in "Help", "I couldn't bust a move in high school, let alone someone's ass" made me laugh embarrassingly hard the very first time I heard it. I was 11, okay!? 😉

Xander, after Spike has been...orally serviced by the Buffybot:
"I'm not a monster."
Xander: "Yes! You are a monster! Vampires are monsters! They make monster movies about them!"
Spike: "Well, yeah. You've got me there."
Then, a few weeks later, when they're out in the desert hiding from Glory and those priest guys who are trying to destroy the Key, and Xander helps Spike light up.
Spike: "Thanks."
Xander: "You know those things'll kill ya."
Spike: *Gives Xander a look that says, 'Hello? Vampire!'*
Xander: "Oh, right."
