Mine was season 4, when it was new on TV, Harsh light ofday to be exact.
Watched Angel season 1 along side it too.
Hooked i was, hooked.
 
I watched Buffy and Angel right from the beginning. With Buffy it was so long ago I can't remember not watching it, if you know what I mean?

Season 6, Bargaining Part 1 to be exact. I was flipping channels when I saw Buffy the Vampire slayer, and I was instantly curious. It was actually the opening scene, what a way to start a series on accident, heh. But the whole time I was trying to figure out: Where was Buffy?! "Okay, so the blonde guy's name is Spike...Willow's the redhead. This is all very dandy, but where's Buffy?!"

haha but now its one of my favorite episodes 😛
 
Sometime during S3, I think. It was a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly. I do remember watching the scene where Buffy and Parker get it on with my dad in the room--tres awkward.

my best friend in high school (we only got talking cause i saw her writing 'i HEART Angel' on her math book) Season 3 was hers too, so we watched that to death (as she bought season 3 on vhs before anything else)... and then some
Never watched it on TV.
So I started with season 1 with DVD's on both Buffy and Angel.

My first scene was in Innocence when Buffy and Angel(Buffy still dosnt know he's really Angelus yet) an dthey're in angels, and he's all ''You got alot to learn kiddo'' and i thought, wow, look how hot Buffy is, so thats what got my attention. That and the fact its a good episode.
It was harsh light that hooked me though.
 
I voted B s6, B s7, A s1, and other.

'Other' because my first contact with the show was a Buffy book. And I voted that many seasons because the 3 final episodes of s6 of Buffy were the first I fully watched, but it was shortly before Bs7 and As3 started.
 
been watching since the start....of when it um started (i was still in Primary school... wow in uni now..... ive grown up or grown older with the show)

I´m pretty sure I started seeing it from the start. But I only saw episodes here and there even though "Welcome to the Hellmouth" was the first I saw. But after a while I just decided what I liked the show so I tried to see everything from the beginning again. Was a lot of reruns at that time.
 
I voted Buffy season one, and Angel season one. Although also Buffy season three because that's when I really began to watch every week.
 
My first whole season was Season 1 but I manged to catch some from Season 6 which originally got me interested in Buffy.
 
Buffy Season 1 and Angel Season 1. Watched Buffy regularly from the off but I have to admit it wasn't till I Will Remember You that I actually started watching Angel properly and it was Doyle's death that shocked me enough into going 'Wow' and watching the show just as regularly as Buffy. I feel like that makes me sound Buffy-fickle or something....
 
Buffy S2. My first ep was Inca Mummy Girl, and still I got instantly hooked. (Eskimo!Willow... *crushy sigh*)

With Angel, I did start watching at the first ep, but didn't get to watch the entire 1st season (when B-S4 and A-S1 first aired here, I had major problems IRL, which led to me missing out of a good chunk of episodes of either series around that time.) I started seriously watching Angel around mid-Season 2.
 
I watched Buffy from the first episode, because I had an unexplainable love for the movie and decided I'd happily watch at least the first episode of whatever spin-off it created, little did I know that it would be the best show I'd ever seen (at the tender age of 13/14) and that it would be something I'd end watching (over and over and over) for the next couple decades! Naturally that led to Angel, which I took a little bit longer to warm to, but after the first season I was hooked (once it found it's rhythm and added the darker undertones). So i've watched them all on telly (which wasn't easy in Aust) except for the last season of Angel which I bought on dvd instead of waiting it out on tv.
 
I'm pretty sure that it was season 1, on New Years Day when I was in 7th grade they had a Buffy Marathon on FX all day, and my friend and I sat there and watched it, I think that the only seasons they showed though were season 1 and 2 but I specifically remember watching Teachers Pet and Witch that day.
 
Right there from the beginning.

I remember having seen Buffy the movie on TV a few weeks earlier.
When the TV show was about to start, i thought "it can't get any cheesier, just watch it, should be fun".

Oh boy, really shouldn't have done that.
