cause in the finale she had 'soft face' a couple of times in regards to xander so ar ethey gonna get back together? can a vengeance demon be in a relationship? so many questions and far too many months to wait!

Exactly what I was going to say. Somehow, I think he WILL be a vamp with a soul, but I believe he SHOULD he human again.

As for a big bad... I know they're going to try and be more positive and all, but it WOULD be interesting if Buffy was the big bad. I wonder how they'd play that. Kind of like that mental hospital episode which was TOTALLY WRONG.

WHAT ABOUT AMY? She's still around. she's kind of evil... she could be the next... Rack or something. They haven't had a WITCH as a big bad yet!
 
Rack can't be the big bad, or any other bad for that matter...cause he's dead. Remember?
 
I don't think Amy the witch will be next year's Villian. The season finale was already all about witchcraft and magic. They're probably not gonna take that route again. However, I sure hope Amy does comes back on the show. She really blends in with the cast, plus we all know she's been on the show since the beginning! Now with Tara gone and Giles as a guest star, the show could use a new regular.
 
I don't think Giles will really be on it more than once or possibly twice next season. And yeah, doing the magic thing twice wouldn't really work.

and uh, FivebyFive... I said she could be the NEXT Rack. Ya know... the next bad witch/warlock in town, feeding off others and stuff.

Britney Spears would be my choice for big bad only because she would be destroyed at some point in the season. Now THAT would be worth watching.....

Sorry, Buffy Ann Summers. I must have misread your post, but I was pretty sure I saw somebody else post that it could be Rack as the next big bad. Oops, my mistake then.
 
I think the big bad in this upcoming season will be... Xander or Dawn. They are both so innocent, they must be leading up to something...

Maybe Dawn will follow in Faith's footsteps after an encounter with her, maybe she will fall in with a bad crowd?

Xander may have some deep dark secret, we don't know alot about his past. What if he is actually a demon? Or what if he is to become a watcher? (A bit far fetched i admit, i'd be sorry for the Slayer).
 
Dawn being the next big bad does sound interesting. It would be a big challenge for Buffy to fight against her own blood. However, I think that Xander's still your ordinary Joe.
 
No no no if Buffy is heding back to its roots the big bad for the season must be that pure evil. Not a scobby again.

Right, desolate_soul. That would just be retarded to have another Scooby go evil. We have to get something new, or some kind of vampire on the show. I want something totally new that I'd never expect.
 
Yeah, I agree. If they went with one of the Scoobies being evil then the show would take on a darker quality again, but it's supposed to be less dark next season, right?

o besides hearing britney spears being the big bad, i say they bring back drusilla, cuz i'm sure spike and buffy are getting back together. Drusilla was always ill, or maybe they'll bring back halfrek or something (in the bday ep, she recognized spike)
 
is halfrek cecily?same actress and would explain how they know each other.
