What will be next seasons Big Bad

That sounds good, becuase then they would have a reason to stop after Season 7, if they were planning to do that.
 
Since Joss said the big bad next season would be "everyone's worst nightmare," I'm thinking that there will be no big bad, because everyone's worst nightmare would be the end of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the series.
 
Either some-one new...
or... good-ole Dru'.

With Spike having a sole 😉 and all.... it's pretty safe to assume that Dru will show up at some point in S8. If she'll be the BigBad or not is a whole other question.
 
😱 Next season big bad...Hmmmmm? It could very well be Spike, knowing the twist that "ME" like to do. But I hope not.

a Vamp "vampire slayer" , Faith prehaps. That would be interesting to have Faith be "vamp" by the Master, to battle Buffy. It would also, open the doors for...................................

Note: the big bad for me,since season 5 & 6...has been Buffy 's missing in action dad. He didn't show for joyce 's funeral and haven't paid support for Dawn.

Not me. I haven't seen or heard from my dad in 4 years. He ran off with some floozey to Canada. Can't say I miss him either. Kind of hard to miss someone you barely remember anymore.

Wish it was the same way for me. I'd rather have him gone. Sorry d_s, not all guys are like our dads, but it's kinda hard to believe that they're not.
 
Well, I have heard that Claire Kramer may be making an appearence on Buffy next year. Also that everyones worst nightmares will take place next year. Interesting that Mark Metcalf's name has also been brought up. Since we know that Buffy's worst nightmares frequently involve the Master, and I would imagine that Dawn's worst nightmares frequently involve Glory.
 
Eeek bunnies now that could get scary! lol That would be interesting though if they did something with more of the original type of big bads. Maybe make it a type of vampire again like the Master maybe the Master has a twin!
 
And Willow's worst nightmare probably involves Oz and Tara dating, so maybe we will see Oz return with a girlfriend who is the spitting image of Tara.
