I wasn't sure if I should put this in the Bangel section because it's particularly pro or against Bangel but....

This is a generally thread about how Buffy and Angel might have reacted in certain scenarios that occurred or might have occurred in each others lives:

How do you think Buffy would react if"¦

She find out about him and Cordelia. (Still not sure if she knew???)
Found out about Nina
If she found about him and Eve
Found out he has a son (again did she ever know that?)
That said son had sex with Cordy who incidentally was body jacked by a high power

Had a fight with Spike
Knew the things he said to Spike in said fight
Knew the things Spike said to Angel in that fight

How do you think Angel would react if?

He knew what Spike did in Seeing Red
He knew that her friends brought her out of heaven? (Did he know those details)
That Buffy's friends kicked her out of her own house (I know we've touched on some of these before but"¦)
Knew that Buffy initiated the Spuffy sex
That Tara died (Did Angel even know Tara?)
That Willow tried to destroy the world (again it's possible he was told but we never saw that)
That Giles tried to have Spike killed
If Spike actually succeeded in killing Buffy in School Hard?
If he smelt the Double Meat Palace Smell

She find out about him and Cordelia. - I think she would be shocked, like, so much, because she doesn't know how Cordy changed.
Found out about Nina - Still shocked, but less shocked then Cordy.
If she found about him and Eve - Same goes here.
Found out he has a son - I think she would be surprised, because he said her while ago vamps can't have kids.
That said son had sex with Cordy who incidentally was body jacked by a high power - She doesn't know the situation they were in, they didn't saw Cordy's mother feelings towards Connor like we did, so I don't think she would be shocked, she had some messy things in her life too.
By Darla - Well, she would be shocked, because Angel killed Darla in front of her eyes.
Killed and fed off a Champion for the greater good (Drogyn) - First, she would yell at him, and then when he would explain her the situation, she would said she understand.
Had a fight with Spike - She wouldn't react roughly, similar to what she did with him and Riley.
Knew the things he said to Spike in said fight - Maybe told him who's he to talk about her feelings.
Knew the things Spike said to Angel in that fight - Same above.
Knew what they both said about Buffy in that fight - Same.
If it were really her in TGIQ - Have to think about it.
If she found that Giles apparently couldn’t clear Willow’s schedule to help Fred - Not much of reaction there.
That Wesley ended up being badass - Laugh.


How do you think Angel would react if?

He knew what Spike did in Seeing Red - He would freak, and fight with him.
He knew that her friends brought her out of heaven? - He probably does, we don't know what she told him when they met in Flooded. He would be there for her, like he was, he would listen.. like in Forever.
That Buffy’s friends kicked her out of her own house (I know we’ve touched on some of these before but…) - He would be calm, but he would stand up for her.
Knew that Buffy initiated the Spuffy sex - He would be surprised, but I think he would understand because he knows how messed those experiences can be.
That Tara died (Did Angel even know Tara?) - I don't think he knew her personally, maybe someone said something, but don't see much sadness about that in his eyes.
That Willow tried to destroy the world (again it’s possible he was told but we never saw that) - I think he would try to help if he knew the situation.
That Giles tried to have Spike killed - I don't think he would care that much.. maybe stand up for Spike, telling Giles it's not their job to judge and kill.
If Spike actually succeeded in killing Buffy in School Hard? - He would hunt him down, and kill him, kill him hard.
If he smelt the Double Meat Palace Smell - Guy moves around in a sewers, can't be a big difference there.

She find out about him and Cordelia. - I think she would have been shock, and hurt. It always hurts when someone you love seems to have found someone new.
Found out about Nina - Shocked again, and wondering how he can suddenly have sex now.
If she found about him and Eve - Well, she is familiar with the ways of spells.
Found out he has a son - This would have been the hardest. It's everything she wanted with Angel, but twisted.
That said son had sex with Cordy who incidentally was body jacked by a high power - Sad for Angel

If it were really her in TGIQ - If it were really her, then she would have known that they were there. She must have been avoiding them on purpose.
If she found that Giles apparently couldn’t clear Willow’s schedule to help Fred - Pissed. Yet another dissapointment from Giles

How do you think Angel would react if?

He knew what Spike did in Seeing Red - would have killed him dead.
He knew that her friends brought her out of heaven? Angry on her behalf, though still happy that she's alive. Torn.
That Buffy’s friends kicked her out of her own house - very angry for her
Knew that Buffy initiated the Spuffy sex - hurt
That Tara died (Did Angel even know Tara?) - sad for Buffy's losses
That Willow tried to destroy the world (again it’s possible he was told but we never saw that) - Eh, been there, done that.
That Giles tried to have Spike killed - wonder why he didn't succeed.
If Spike actually succeeded in killing Buffy in School Hard? - the wrath would have been unending.
If he smelt the Double Meat Palace Smell - He would have loved her anyway! And then dragged her to the shower.

On the one hand he would think it wasn't a good idea to do it on the other he would glad that she was still around.
That Buffy's friends kicked her out of her own house (I know we've touched on some of these before but"¦)
Would have sided with Buffy and left with her.

I'll probably answer these randomly. This one jumped out at me the most.

Angel:
Knew that Buffy initiated the Spuffy sex

Of anyone that Buffy knows Angel is the only person who can intimately relate how Buffy felt in S6 because it is almost an exact mirror image of Angel in S2 of his own show.

In OMWF Buffy sings that she "just wants to feel", similarly in Reprise Angel tells Darla that he "I just wanna feel something besides the cold". In both cases it is Buffy and Angel who initiate sex with their enemy as acts of pure desperation.

I think Angel would understand why Buffy turned to Spike. I have no doubts that he would be jealous but mostly I think he would be distraught that she had known despair on that level. That, more than anything, would tear him apart.

She find out about him and Cordelia. - She would be really shocked...I think at first she would believe it is a joke or sth...due to the fact she doesn't know how much Cordy has changed.
Found out about Nina- not sure...I think she would be happy (?) because the perfect happiness was achieved only with Buffy
If she found about him and Eve- it was just a spell...something blue was also a spell!
Found out he has a son-that would be the greatest shock ever...I am not sure about her reaction. She would need to know all the truth and have a long discussion with Angel. Perhaps she would feel sorry that she and Angel could never have a child together.
That said son had sex with Cordy who incidentally was body jacked by a high power- disgusted perhaps...sorry for Angel, Connor and Cordy.
By Darla- shocked but she has been through a very dark period herself...she would know exactly how Angel felt.
Killed and fed off a Champion for the greater good (Drogyn)- shocked...but I think she would understand...in s7 Buffy had become a little cold and she knew that the mission was the most important thing.

He knew what Spike did in Seeing Red- He would probably grab a stake and...
He knew that her friends brought her out of heaven? - He would agree with Giles about Willow's arrogance...and I think he would become very cold towards the Scoobies.
That Buffy's friends kicked her out of her own house -Same reaction as Spike I think. He would lecture them about how many times she saved their asses...And I think he would also give a special lecture to Dawn, about the great sacrifice her sister made...
Knew that Buffy initiated the Spuffy sex- shocked, surprised...but as I said before Angel and Buffy went through similar dark periods...he also initiated the sex with Darla...he would understand.
That Tara died - i am not sure if he knew her but he would feel sad about willow's loss.
That Willow tried to destroy the world - he wouldn't believe it at first...he would be shocked.
That Giles tried to have Spike killed - happy? maybe!
If Spike actually succeeded in killing Buffy in School Hard? - Again, he would grab a stake and...

@KEAN : I haven't read your reply when I answered my questions...I have to say you have an excellent point about the initiation of Spuffy sex...That's exactly what I thought about Angel s2 and Buffy s6. And it doesn't let me give you reputation point again!🙁
