The British singles players have done poorly this year. Except for this guy Fery. Unseeded, wild card, 114 in the world coming in, never done anything close to this, facing the number 2 seed in the tournament. Whatever the outcome, he's had an amazing tournament.

Both good movies, but I'm hoping the trend will go back to shorter movies. I like to watch a movie in one night, but it's hard when they're almost three hours long.

Sadly the trend is growing. At leas when TWBB came out it was an exception not the rule.

Yeah, there are some films I've wanted to watch, but I only felt like watching a 90 minute or so film, not a three hour one. So I haven't watched them yet.

I just finished watching Space Rangers, which was 6 eps. I enjoyed it, though sort of like how I liked season 1 of Buffy. It was low budget and very early 90s but felt like it was finding its feet and could've become much better. And it was fine for a one time viewing.
There were some familiar faces who have appeared in future scifi and movies, so nice to see them in this earlier work.
Rather than wax long as I normally do I'll just leave the wiki link for anyone interested:
