As I promised, here is a bit more detailed description of the set up of the tutorials.
Each level will have a certain number of points you have to reach before you can move up a level. Points will be given based on the work you submit.
Currently we have 3 levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Expert. However we are in the middle of discussions to add additional levels and will use your submissions to do this.
Different graphics platforms will be supported e.g. Paintshop, Photoshop, GIMP. More information will be given on this when we have explored it fully with the tutors.
The tutors themselves will be selected staff and board members based on their work in the art forum. Tutors have been contacted and once we have confirmation from all of them a list will be posted on who they will be.
We are hoping this is a long term so those that do extremely well in classes will be given a chance to become a tutor and teach their skills to students.
When we get started a class list will be posted so everyone can see their levels and keep track.

A set time limit will be given to complete this - there is no definate time limit. Once your work as been marked you will recieve your marks and are free to post your work in your 'gallery' thread. This lets you share your work with others and show how you improve.
Based on a suggestion by Kryptonite we will have those members who have used graphics programmes in the past submit a piece of work so we can judge which level will be best for you.
Those that have never done graphics before will not have to do this, and therefore will be placed in the beginners class.
