Fringe season 2 and about to get to an episode I've been waiting for since the first season (it's called Peter). Though who else got super confused by episode 11 and a dead character suddenly alive again? Apparently it was supposed to be watched in the first season but got stuck halfway through the second, I had to look it up before I thought I lost my mind 😀

I’m about to watch the Peter episode. I remember that episode. I’m guessing they played an episode out of order.

I find the whole show very dense . Hard to binge ;) .
Watched Shan Chi last night. I found it only average - plus I thought that the cameos they had from other marvel characters just seemed forced and unnecessary.
 
Giant Robot Mikasuki (2000) . Been trying to explore the live action 'tokusatsu' genre recently . Some crazy business . I reckon there must be a few shows which would be right up our street.

Hunted US. They already obviously have a much bigger budget! The aussie one is more of a jokey lighthearted atmosphere from what I have seen so far.

I loved the movie, 7 or 8 for me. My favorite parts were the chase scene and the monologues.

I thought the bit with Ken in the real world learning about patriarchy was funny. The ending to me was crazy, it was sweet but I don't get why she would want to be human. I would have just stayed in Barbie world. She wasn't properly educated about the dangers of being a human woman.
 
True Blood S1: watched this years ago, and now it's interesting to compare it to Buffy. The shows are very different in tone, though. It makes me realize how rare BtVS is in having vampires actually be evil (unless souled), whereas in most series or movies, they can choose to be good if they want.
