Whatcha watching? Summer 2012 edition

Plain and simple: what new stuff are you watching on TV? What old shows are you rewatching?

For me:
I'm participating in our own Dollhouse rewatch (see the link in my status)
I just finished watching season 1 of Falling Skies. As soon as my sister finishes the DVDs, we're on to the current season.
Older shows in my Netflix queue: Medium, Star Trek (TOS), & Doctor Who
New shows: Necessary Roughness, Drop Dead Diva, and I watched the pilot of Longmire. I want to like it (it has Bailey Chase and Katee Sackoff), but I'm unsure. I'll probably watch a couple more episodes.
And I'm waiting on the new season of Doctor Who. When is that supposed to start?

I'm coming to the end of BtVS season 4 and AtS season 1 in my rewatch.
I'm watching Fringe, currently on season 3 as I missed it when it first aired.
Re-watching Mad Men as the latest season has just finished.
Watching How I Met Your Mother (that's almost finished)
Recently started watching Rules of Engagement. On series 4, almost caught up with the new eps that are airing right now (which is series 6).
Bought season 1 of Alias on DVD so I'm slowly working my way through that.
Watching Once Upon a Time - loving that!
New Family Guy
Falling Skies season 2 is starting next week
A couple other things that aren't really important too 😛

I finished my - I don't know - 4th re-watch of the second season of BtVS and just started season 3. But soon I'll start watching Firefly 🙂 Maybe the package will be delivered tomorrow, maybe on Monday.

I am going through BtVS somewhat slowly so a re0watch is a generous term for it.

I am going to do a re-watch of Suits season 1 before starting on season 2.
I am watching Once Upon A Time and loving it
I think I am going to give Dexter a go since I have never really tried getting into it and there's now plenty of season to catch up with.
I want to catch more of Don't Trust the B**** in Apt 23. The pilot was excellent but I haven't seen any more.
I am waiting for Bones season 7, Spuernatural season 7 and Warehouse 13 season 3 to be released on DVD

Just finished watching Veronica Mars (why, oh why did they cancel it after 3 seasons??? I would've loved to see veronica in the FBI!!!)

I'm currently watching Sherlock season 2 (finally, it aired a month ago but I was never at home)

Other shows I'm watching all summer long:
-Pretty Little Liars
-The Glee Project
-True Blood (don't even know why I watch anymore, it's just a habit...)
-Dollhouse (rewatch)

And I might re-watch the 1990-something cartoon X-Men. I remember when I used to watch it on TV, I loved it XD

Catching up on Eureka season 5. Which is the last season.

The Newsroom. Aaron Sorkins new show. Not a great pilot but enough to make me watch more. I enjoyed the second part more even if I liked the rant about America in the beginning. I wonder how americans saw that.

Waiting for Warehouse 13 and Leverage to start. Surprised that not more members watch any of those.

The LA Complex. I'll admit I only gave it a chance because of Jewel Staite but enjoyed it more than I thought. Or parts of it. Don't care about all characters storyline.

Will possibly watch White Collar when it returns.

And I'm waiting on the new season of Doctor Who. When is that supposed to start?

In the autumn. Possibly august 25th. 5 episodes plus christmas special this year. From what I've found.

I want to catch more of Don't Trust the B**** in Apt 23. The pilot was excellent but I haven't seen any more.

I stayed away from that because of the title. Silly I know. Didn't even know it was a sitcom but watched the pilot one day and was sad to found out it was only 7 episodes in total. Looking forward to when it comes back.

Also my best mate and I just started watching Tru Calling. 4 eps in and not too bad. It's funny seeing a skinny(ish) Zach Galifaiaiananannanakis 🙂

Sounds like a typical Aaron Sorkins show... should be good. I'll have to check it out. 🙂

Now during the summer I only follow two shows True Blood and Falling Skies.
Great fun to see Noah Wyle on TV again in Falling Skies.

At the moment, on DVD, I also watch La Femme Nikita with Peta Wilson.

I'm watching Dollhouse, that's so far pretty much all I've had time for. Oh and I rented some seasons of Sabrina the teenage witch for nostalgic reasons but I finished that (cause I refuse to go further than season 6)

So for now I'm keeping up my ambition to watch Dollhouse on schedule for BB talks and otherwise, nothing comes to mind.

"Lost Girl" is the only show I'm watching on TV right now. Eagerly awaiting the return of "Leverage" and "Warehouse 13" next month.

I am watching "Supernatural" season 6 on DVD, but am only 6 episodes from the end, and I'll have a few weeks to wait before season 7 gets released. I also recently finished "How I Met Your Mother" season 6, and season 7 won't be out until October.

I was also watching "Game of Thrones" on DVD, but season 2 of that probably won't come out until next year. :-(

I'm watching Lost as it recently got added to Netflix. I watched seasons 1 and 2 when they originally aired, but after that it moved channels here in the UK to one I didn't have at the time, so I never saw the rest of the series.

I'm enjoying it more than I remembered.

I'll probably catch up on True Blood at some point, though I'm not too fussed about that. I have about 3 episodes of Prison Break left but I'm kinda bored of that...

I'd also like to get up to date with Warehouse 13, and I'm planning to rewatch The Forsyte Saga on Netflix as well.

I promised myself to start watching Suits. I heard it's a really good show and it's past season 2. That's a lot of catching up to do.
Actually I made a lot of promises to myself to watch several shows: The Walking Dead, Being Human, Falling Skies, Parks and Recreation, How I Met Your Mother, etceteracauseotherscan'tcomeintomind

Recently, I've been watching Teen Wolf. Season two just started and the next new episode is this Monday. Can't wait!
I've also started watching a rerun of BtVS. I'm watching the earlier seasons that I've missed (1-3). Really glad that this is on 😀

Jodast agrees: Season 2 of Suits just started airing in the US, but it is awesome!!!

Yeah, I heard a lot of positive feedback about the show. And I'm a pretty big fan of lawyers... what's not to love?!

I live in Canada and Suits is on the Bravo channel. But I don't have it so I have to watch it online (the current episode online is the second one in season 2. So, I missed a whole season)
