It is so beautiful that when I listen to it, I stop breathing, my heart skips a beat, I've got chills and I feel happy and peaceful and ful of joy and I'm just in awe :heart:

"Raise Your Glass" by Pink was just on the radio. That Pink, she's got a degree of staying power. She sounds (and sometimes dresses) a lot like Kesha, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, etc., but she got her start years before that trend was underway.

The thing with Pink is that even though her singles tend to sound a certain way, witty, culturally aware pop tunes, the majority of the content on her albums is quite different.

On any given album you are probably more likely to find some folk singer/songwriter esque tunes, often tinged with more than a hint of soul.

IMHO, the best songs she has ever written have never been released.

Speaking of, I'm listening to one of my very favourites of hers, The One that Got Away.

Awesome song! I saw KISS in 2008 and I'd love to see them again!
They have one of the greatest live shows you can think of.
