K I will do that one next. I almost got this one instead of Night world but opted for the Night world one because it came with three in one and I already knew the author.

Night World is also good, I got volume 1 have vol 2 but haven't gotten around to reading it yet.

Yes I am enjoying it so far. I have Volume 1 so far. I am now on Daughters of Darkness. I was so into the first one I read it fast but decided to take a break then start this one.

Eh, I'm reading some interesting little teen book called Ruby Parker - Film Star. Strange but true. It's a series, I think. My Mum bought them for me to keep me occupied. I should probably be reading them right now but I am too distracted by Buffy goodness on these forms to bother.

I am currently reading Closer to Midnight, a fic, by amyxaphania, and Lunar Park, a novel, by Bret Easton Ellis.

I'm loving Amy's story so far. It's all-human spuffy, which I don't usually enjoy, but her writing is so good I have it a shot anyway 🙂

This is my third re-reading of Lunar Park, and it might be my favorite of his books. I'm a big fan.

Heh, I just finished rereading the first Potter book, too. Still one of my favourites 🙂

Now I'm rereading Kai Meyer's Frostfeuer, which appears not to have been translated into English (yet?). The title literally translates to Frostfire. The book is set in a fantasy version of 1893 St Petersburg. A crystal of the heart of the Snow Queen has been stolen by a magician by the name of Tamsin Spellwell (who wears a very long, brightly coloured scarf and a top hat that looks as if someone had sat on it and was thus declared awesome) and now winter has become uncontrollably cold, because she's losing control of it. So of course, she wants the crystal back. Tamsin doesn't want to give it back, but doesn't want to keep it either. What to do? But the actual protagonist is a girl named Mouse who lives and works in a hotel, hasn't left it her entire life and is scared to leave it. Jack Frost also makes an appearance or two. He feeds snowflakes. Probably not the best idea to read that when it's almost -10°C outside but you can't read a book like that in summer either.

I just finished reading The Help by Kathryn Stockett. I absolutly loved this book; it was such a beautiful and heart-wrenching story. The way the author captured the characters different voices was amazing. I definitely recommend reading this book.

I just started to read The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. I am only a few chapters in so far, but I am really enjoying this book.

I also just got the first couple season 8 BtVS issues and I am starting to read those 🙂

How have I not noticed this thread before!

I'm reading I Am Number Four and I love it. I'm going to be a fanboy of this series, I think. There's a movie coming out, too! The book reads like a movie and reminds me of the Animorph's books - anyone here fans of those?

I'm also reading The China Report, a 4 decade long study that is on-going about nutrition and protien and plant-based diets. It's fascinating and breaks my heart that this information is not known to the public at large like it needs to be.

At the moment I am into the series The vampire Diaries and have heard it completly different then the book series it's based on. So at the moment I have just finished the first to books in the series: Awakening, and Struggle. I now have purchased and started on The Furry and i gotta say I am hooked. they ae very good books and in some ways i kinda like it better than the show.

If you love vampire books I would highly recommend "The Vampire Diaries" by L.J Smith

I just read "Daisy Miller" (James), "A modest proposal" (Swift) and Shakespear's "All's well that ends well", all brilliant stories 🙂

Now I'm getting started on "Jude the obscure" and "Heart of darkness", so far Jude the obscure is great!
