We had our Easter egg hunt for the granddaughter Wednesday since we won't be seeing her for a couple of weeks, and our church is having a live Last Supper scene for the first time this year.

What do you plan for the holidays?

Oooo, that Last Supper thing is cool, I'd like to see that!
Well since my final exams start in less than 3 weeks Easter's going to be all study this year. My best friend and I just have so much catching up to do, reallx, we feel like the only ones that haven't done a lot yet. Yesterday we went to the Mall and it was like nobody else from our class was there, almost as if everybody was just studying.
Well today I'll be watching a Simpsons marathon on TV, I'm planning on finishing my Cordy&Angel fanvid this weekend, meeting a friend tomorrow around lunchtime and other than that all I've planned is learn learn learn.

Well, Easter Sunday will be spent running around after 5 sugar crazed kids no doubt, followed by me keeping my fingers crossed that no-one throws up through eating too much chocolate! 🙂

So, yeah, fun-filled Easter! 'lol'

I've got comprehensive examinations, part of the requirements for my Master's. They start in about two and a half hours, when my adviser e-mails me the questions, and I have until Sunday at 12 to write three 10-page papers in answer to those questions.

Bleh.

Wow, you'll be busy! Good Luck!
Well, Easter Sunday my Mom is coming over and we're having dinner and then I believe the three of us will head over to my Aunt's later on where her kids and her grandkids will be so it'll be a big family night, but a mini-family day with just me, Mom and hubby. 🙂 Plus- hubby is doing the cooking so yay.

Tomorrow the kids, hubby and I are going to grammy's to color eggs with all the cousins! And we will probally no doubt have a shrimp dinner (Poppy always gets me shrimp 🙂 ) Then on Sunday its Easter basket time, (I'll be cooking waffles) and time for our egg hunt. Then we will be going into the city to take the kids to the petting zoo and park. We might even stop in to the Easter parade. I love Easter. I love everything it stands for. The resurection I have always well...I wont get into that.

ANY song sung by someone with NO talent makes me sob.
I work all weekend, 7AM to 3PM Saturday and Sunday. It stinks. After I get off tomorrow (Saturday) going to meet my family at the park where we have our annual easter picnic with all my aunts, uncles, and cousins. It'll be alot of fun, hiding eggs for the little kids and hanging with the family (we're all really close). We're trying to beat the weather for once, it's supposed to be rainy and cold on Sunday (it always seems to be on Easter...) so we're going the day before when it's supposed to be mild and sunny!

Ah, Oklahoma. You never fail to give us either rain, sleet, hail, tornados, or snow (or a combination of those) on Easter and Labor day, yet you make sure it's warm and sunny every Christmas. I love Oklahoma.

LOL! You know what they say...if you don't like the weather....
In my case,I get to travel with the rest of my family to my in-law's house up in Welland,Ontario(only about 45 minutes from home)for Easter dinner. (My brother married a Canadian, and they live in the area;she's now a US resident.) No Easter egg hunts, sadly.

Me and my girlfriend are going to visit her parents for the weekend. Yay, in-laws, and I mean that, cause mine are actually pretty cool.

Well my younger sister is off gallivating in Rome this week so it will be probably be my Dad and I going to mass Sunday morning then up to my nana's house where all the aunts, uncles, cousins and great grandchildren will converge for tea😀 Later in the day we ill have an egg hunt for my neice and my mother is making dinner for us all...so should be a nice day.

If she's in Rome, tell her to give us a call...Oh, you mean that OTHER Rome. Oh, well...
Very family Easter🙂 We are celebrating in our house. There will be 8 persons on Sunday and 16 persons on Monday( aside from me,my parents and brother there'll be my granparents from mum's and dad's side, aunts, uncles,cousins...) Already smell my mum doing a cake -mmm🙂

Seriously, Miss K, "that other Rome" would be a really awesome place to spend Easter. I truly envy your sister's opportunity to be in such a place at such a time. Hopefully, Rome will be one of the places we will be able to visit when I retire.

Most of my friends have left Sthlm for the weekend, visiting their families etc., but I'm here.. lol.. I'm gonna see this girl I'm hanging out with tonight.. tomorrow I'm not sure what I'll be doing, but I have theatre on Sunday... I don't really celebrate Easter so...

I'm going over to my dads for Sunday lunch which we do every other Sunday anyway but I guess this Sunday it'll be for Easter. I miss egg hunts and easter parties, I'm the youngest in my family still so we hve no kids to celebrate Easter with.

Just had a peak. OH. MY. GOD. Yes, have fun. In an entirely lethal way. I wish you all the bestest luck with this and erm, I'll blackmail a few muses into helping you ;)
Easter usually means that my house goes out with the evil side of the family for brunch and then to grandma's house. Well, grandma has alzehiemers now so that's pretty much shot. We decided to have it here, but no one from that side rsvped in time so we invited grams and the good side of the family. Then out of the blue the bad side of the family said they were coming. I for one was excited to see how families would clash. On the bad side: no cursing, no talking loudly, racist, prejudice, neo-nazi-wannabe, kkk-wannabees, no talking about anything over a G rating unless its hatred. TRUST ME MY HOUSE AND I ARE NOTHING LIKE THAT. Good side of the family: lots of cursing, lots of alcohol, interracial relationships, we were all raised to love until someone gives you a reason not to, free talk, everything. My plan was to get drunk with grams and sit back and watch. Well, this easter clash of the titans scared my mom so she called it off. Since we're not doing anything family oriented anymore, after much begging I convinced my mom to just make cheeseburgers and fries for dinner. Then I have to head back to my dorm at night because I have class in the morning.

Sounds like you'll be starring in the new Chevy Chase "Easter Vacation" movie. Good luck.
Lets see...After i get off work tomorrow my kids and I are going to color eggs for a small easter hunt at our house on Sun. I believe that my kids and their aunt, and uncle and grandmother are going to go to church (i'm not a church going person so i'm not sure if I'm going to go yet)I do unfortunately have to work on Easter but not till 6pm so i will make sure to stuff myself with the ham and other food that we bought during the week, oh and my kids candy (not all just some, hey i gotta look out for their teeth)

easter hunts are great
I'm at frickin'frackin'bleepbleepbleepin' work this morning...hence my lovely long weekend off has kinda had a crimp put in it 🙁

Otherwise, I'll be trying to take it easy and catch up with the huge backlog of TV that I have to watch...unless Mrs P comes up with one of her dreaded lists of jobs for me to do. We're not religious at Pointy Towers, so we don't celebrate that aspect of the holiday but there will be more chocolate than usual consumed here...mostly by me 🙂

LOL - your house sounds like mine, except I didn't have to work, and I'm usually the one handing over the "honey do" list!
I just got word that Lady Avenger and I will be working on a Habitat for Humanity construction site this weekend. Pray for my hammes. I'll probably end up smashing it all to pieces with my thumb!!
