Whats a referral

A referal is when you tell someone to join a board and they join and put you name in as a "referal" as you were the one that told them to join. When they join it get added to your count. Board hold competitions for like "the person who referes the most person gets a Cutom Av" etc.

This shouldnt be here btw.
