Kerrang was still a thing when I was a teenager, and so were the remnants of what was Disney Channel, I'm old enough to remember Horrible Histories too

(I'm 20, I'm making it sound like I'm older than I actually am).

@Bop It ended (Horrible Histories) in 2014, just as I was starting secondary school.

They've tried rebooting it as one off specials though, but it's not the same as coming home from school and watching half an hour of zany but educational skits.

That and the Hastings Direct soldier statue adverts, "0800 00 1066" helped a lot in my history lessons.

Whenever the oldies here learn my age there is usually an exclamation of "oh you're just a baaaayyyybeee" ... Its getting harder not to respond with "yeah and you're ancient" but I do like their life stories so I dont want to be rude.
