Buffy: Alternative Rock and generally all sorts of rock, she's probably digging the latest Filter record 'cause she's a fan ( she kept their poster in her bedroom )
Willow: 80s, 80s and 80s and maybe some jam bands like The String Cheese Incident, because again, a poster.
Xander: Music for guitarists, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and so on, some instrumental rock/metal. Country when he's feeling sad.
Spike: Punk Rock obviously. Some Tom Waits too.
Giles: Classic Rock and Psychedelic music, 60s and 70s. Probably some Jazz too.

As for the others, I have no idea. Buffy and Dawn seem to play a lot of salsa music in the house (Like in 'Listening to Fear', 'Older and Far Away' and 'Conversation With Dead People').
