So I just got around to watching Psych like Tobias suggested to me. OH MY GOD! THIS SHOW IS AWESOME! I just saw the pilot and I'm freaking out because it's so good!

What is that show? I saw 4 seasons of it on Netflix tonight when I was looking for something to watch... The description didn't tell me enough about it, though.

I too saw it on Netflix and was looking for something to watch but I decided, I'd go for it because it said it was funny. It is funny by the way. It's about this guy who has this heightened ability to notice things around him and piece things together. He's got a photographic memory... like a true photographic memory (which is really rare) and his dad was a cop so he learned how to piece things together. He tipped off the cops one to many times and they thought he was like a crime lord or something so he told them he was a psychic. He dragged his friend into a fake psychic/detective agency and they help the cops solve various crimes. It's very fun.
 
Thebigbangtheory season 3. Been watching it for the past two days, my mum bought me it for xmas. woop 🙂

ALIAS. 😛 It has the same creator as Lost's. And same music composer. And one same actor and one same guest star. Plus, it's about girl kicking asses. It's gotta be good thing. Maybe you should watch pilot of every show we suggest. 🙂

I'm taking a little break from Alias and are catching up on the new season of Fringe. Soon done with it. I enjoy it a lot. And to think that I almost gave up with the show in the first season. So glad I came back to it.
 
Thanks for the tips guys! Some of your suggestions are a little too scary for my taste and some of them I've allready seen, but I'm really thankful for your help anyway. 🙂 Right now it's leaning towards:

- Nurse Jackie
- Misfits
- Bored to death
- Veronica Mars

Veronica Mars is the show I'd most like to see, but I can't find it anywhere. :/ Also, about Misfits and Bored to death - are those shows about "laidback dudes"? I don't like those kind of shows. You know, like entourage or Californaction, I get really provoced by those characters, lol. If any of you have seen either of them, please share your opinion! 🙂
 
Misfits is awesome after a while. I don't know if you'd get the humour, it's real 'UK' ish, with their slang and stuff. But if you liked Skins then. 🙂 Basically it's Skins only they have superpowers.

😀 I've watched Freaks and geeks (although it was a long time ago, so I don't remember everything, just that I LOVED it), Psych and the big bang theory (not all of it, but I watch when it's on tv and have seen some stuff online too. I <3 Sheldon). And yeah... ok, I know I haven't really given either of them a decent chance, but as you know I did watch an ep of West wing once and I saw the first ep of firefly, and I didn't like any of them... 😀 I probably would if I really got into it though. But right now I feel that I want to watch something that I don't have to make an effort to like, lol.

Alias seems scary. Also Doktor Who. I'm not sure if I'm right though, I don't know that much about those two.

I didn't think Twin peaks was that scary. Well, sometimes it was, but I just looked away and held Tobias hand then. 😀 Most of them time it was not scary at all though. I'm more scared of watching ghosts, murderers and that sort of stuff.

I guess Alias is scary in the same way an action movie is. As for Doctor Who, it's a family show in Britain and 6 year olds love it. But then again, kids sometimes like to be scared. 😉

Since it took me a few episodes of Firefly to get really hooked and I had to force my sister to continue watching I can't really blame you about not loving Firefly yet. But now we both love it. So it can really be worth giving it another chance.

The west wing should be watched from the beginning. I totally get if a random episode don't hook people. Some episodes probably would but not all. But as I never stop saying 🙂D), the pilot is what people should watch. Don't like it then fine.

Not saying that you should change your mind. Just giving my side of things.
 
Closing in on my Alias rewatch. Now on season 5, the last one. I remember why I don't like the season 4 finale. I'm just not a fan of
zombies, zombiemovies etc.
Had forgotten Amy Ackers first scene. Got to love it. I remember the first time I watched this season. Just couldn't take Amy very seriously as a bad guy. Hope I can see it differently this time.

Now the question what I should watch after this. A Buffy and Angel rewatch is long overdue but I'm way more in the mood for Battlestar Galactica (first time with subtitles, swedish even) or The West Wing (my all time favourite drama). Knowing me I'll probably end up watching something else. After all. The shows on air is now coming back so won't have so much time for other shows.
 
^ I didn't like Alias' S4 finale too. And this is from a
Resident Evil
fan. And I think Amy Acker was pretty convincing. On the other hand, I couldn't take Rachel Nichols as a good guy. 😛

And good luck with anything you'll watch. 🙂 I've finished Lost. It's not bad, but it's not as I expected. Now I wanna take a break from TV shows. It takes sooo long to finish each series. *signs* I'm constantly watching action films.
 
For those of you who like The West Wing...you might want to try Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip. The writing was whip sharp, I thoroughly enjoyed it!
