What's on your plate?

I love personalized licence plates (tags) on cars, especially when someone puts some thought and humour into them! Here in Ontario, we were only allowed 6 characters with a space for many years (that has changed to 8 plus a space lately). That meant people had to be creative to say what they wanted to say. Here are a few I've seen here in the City Fun Forgot:

L8R BB (Later baby)
ILB CNU (I'll be seeing you, on a Camaro)
CU L8R (See you later)
WAS HIS (on a new Mercedes Benz)
THNDR RD (a Springsteen fan for sure, on a Mustang)
2K RAG (on a 2000 Mustang convertible)

and my favourite (because it's on my truck):

Our optometrist has RU BLND (Are you blind) on his plates, and the other optometrist has 2CRN2C (to see or not to see). My vehicle has RDRNR (roadrunner) on it, used to have DMNWLK (dead man walking- Undertaker fan from WWF) on my Camaro. Friend of mine has GR8YTE for Great White. His wife has SCQQBY for Scooby-Doo on her vehicle.

My plates say ISHUZ 2. I continuously tell people they have issues. The original spelling was taken, hence the spelling that makes it sound like a sneeze. But NE ways, a local urologist has URN8 (urinate) on his BMW. Kinda disturbing actually.... :twitch:

I always like seeing personalized lisence plates my fav was PSYCO on a corvette convertible...my trainer has her horse's show name on her's..ZIP CNTY (Zip And Country) I wanted to put just BILLIE on mine...but what are the chance's that isn't already taken? So I'm thinking of shortening Billie's show name some other way....maybe BIL HNTR...

My neighbour had BIZZR on hers....Bizzare...I thought it was cool. When I get a car, I want a unique liscence plate...but when I was younger, I wanted it to be DIFMOBILE....DiF is my nickname at school, since my last name is Di Filippo...I've also been called Defenbaker, Flipper {ugh...}, Reefer, and...Beef...of all names. Beef. Won't be putting that on a plate anytime soon...

An ex-girlfriend of mine and I decided to "invest" in personalised number plates a few years ago coz they cost $295 AUD but you see them advertised in auto trading papers for thousands. So we got XILLR8 (exhillarate) and AXCLR8 (accelerate) to begin with, thinking they were a good start, but never sold them for even $500. I currently drive a MkIII Supra Turbo and she drives a twin turbo Mitsubishi GTO so every time we catch up we talk about using them on our own cars but it never happens somehow. I should probably get on that.
