My poo pond fish fry are dead, came home today and the bottom of the kiddy pool had split. The pool was empty.
I did give those little fishies a chance, I told them if they wanted to be saved they could get in the net. But they chose not to.
I probably have too many fish fry now anyway. If they all grow up, I will have far too many house!
Had to move the pond lillies AGAIN, so I hope they survive, they cost me more than the fish did!

There is another chapter to this! I had half a bucket with grow medium under it. Today I found 4!!!! Fish fry in there. I only knew of two in the kiddy pond and if it hadn't split, I wouldn't have found these 4 new ones! I caught them all and put them in the wheelbarrow and set that up with the solar pump for them. Time will tell if they want to live now.

Also, I am a dummy with pumps. I thought when they said "Clean water pump only" they meant actual clean water - but then when I was reading the instructions of one yesterday it specified: clean water only, no gasoline or oil. Ohhhhhh. So they would work in a pond with dirty water provided the dirty water isnt going to catch fire.
 
Okay, I left the house to see my doctor. Now I'm sitting in the lobby because the office hasn't opened yet.

Why would you want to bring back something with "dire" in the name?
Had a gel manicure this morning and it looks BRILLIANT. I now have shiny black nails! Also bought KFC, lip gloss, and a Milky Way bar. (KFC has amazing mac & cheese) Also happy the truck gave me no problem, despite the warm weather.
 
Well, I saw a packet of some kind of snack in the supermarket that caused a doubletake as the name was partly hidden.

"Wait, 'Love What'? Oh... Corn."
 
My Subaru may be in the same condition as the truck belonging to @Anyanka Bunny Slayer with electrical gremlins that seem to have gone away for the time being. When they occur, they either prevent starting or the engine runs on two cylinders. Over the past few days it seems to be working, so I hope this remains the case.

The 2001 Miata has a bad alternator and Mazda no longer carries it although it is a standard Hitachi 70 amp unit. This means I have to pull the alternator, get it rebuilt and replace it on the car because new and rebuilt ones are not available. The run up to the redline last week certainly didn't help as the alternator is turning about 15,000 rpm at that point.

So much has been put in the truck, a rebuilt transmission, new water pump, and a lot of other things which I've forgotten. All within the last 3 years or so. I'm just driving it until it stops working.
