What about the doors? The two doors open directly opposite each other seems strange- I don't remember that being part of the Summers house.
 
I thought it was the number on the shirt too, than I realize I was thinking of a different shirt, the one in Seeing Red. I have no clue!
 
My god, I couldn't have less of a clue... *stares myself crazy*
 
The room behind Willow looks suspicious... maybe the number is off too. I don't know, there's something wrong with the picture... I can feel it. But I don't know what it is!!! Urgh!
 
Yeah, it's the number- this is from S6 'Bargaining' right? Willow's talking to Dawn about clogs of all things.

Should definitly be 11, not 14.

Hmmmm... that magick-y thing between them seems suspicious... shouldn't there be like a cauldron or something there? The fact that there's so much open space between Willow and Buffy is making this picture look REALLY empty...

It's obviously a pic from season 3, so I might do some research and then come back to it.
 
On the bed there should be two teddy bears but in this picture one is missing.

Yes, you're right. I have linked the original screencap and I should not do it, sorry 😳 
Edit: More precisely, in this picture is missing the plush brown teddy bear.
