Ok so this is a bit of a weird question, but it's got me thinking. How do you watch Buffy or Angel? By which I mean do you catch whatever episodes you can on the telly, do you watch a whole season at a time, do you watch the corresponding Angel season with a season of Buffy? Or do you just watch whatever particular episode you fancy?
I ask purely because I am considering whether to do a entire series rewatch, instead of just randomly watching whatever eps i fancy like I am at the moment.

Nice one, TG.

When I do a rewatch, I watch everything in order - I don't skip episodes.
I just can't do it. lol

I watched Buffy first, because I didn't want to watch Angel.
Then I started a Buffy rewatch again,
and when I started watching Angel I didn't watch the rest of Buffy because I wanted to focus on Angel 😛

The next time I do a rewatch I'm gonna go in order between both shows though 😀

I start at the start and work my way through. Once Angel kicks in I watch them as the were aired, so ep fo Buffy followed by the corresponding ep of Angel.

If I'm flicking through the TV channels and see Buffy or Angel on, I'll usually stop and watch it.

I haven't done a full series rewatch in a while, so I'll usually just pick out an episode. Of course, that usually turns into watching the whole disk...

I watch them all in order. For the run through I'm on now (I'm on "I Only Have Eyes For You"), I'm thinking about watching everything as it appeared on television. Therefore: annoying. How am I gonna deal with switching out the DVD's every episode?!? Then the whole Firefly nonsense... Ugh, I'll finally get to tell everyone how mid-bogglingly stupid Fox was with Firefly 🙂
Usually, I go: Buffy S1-7 -> Buffy S8 as far as it's been released -> Tales of the Vampires/Slayers / Fray -> Angel S1-5 -> ATF and following Volumes that I will have by the time that I get there -> Firefly -> Serenity comics -> Serenity -> Dr. Horrible comic -> Dr. Horrible (then Commentary!) -> Dollhouse. I'm really hoping S2 will be out by the time I get there... OH! and I'll have Sugarshock! by then, so I'll probably read that after Serenity.
EDIT: Oh, and seeing that I just got Joss' Office episodes and since the Glee epy by Joss will be out by then I'll probs watch them also. God, I'm such a nerd.
EDIT2: OMG!! I forgot to read Origin!!! CRAP! Gah, my whole run-through is ruined.... 🙁

I always do a full rewatch, starting with Buffy, then Angel. Maybe also watch Firefly and Serenity afterwards.

I just watch random episodes/ I'll pick something like Omwf then end up watching the rest of the season. 😛
Not watched Buffy in a while! I'm talkin november/december is that last time i watched it. Wait i dunno.

I just watch whatever interests me at a particular time. It's good to be able to watch an entire arc or crossover at one setting, or I might watch an episode just for a particular scene that I like. One of my favorites is a Buffy/Angel scene scene from Season 2. It starts with Buffy saying, "Now, close your eyes..." (I'm sorry, folks, the devil made me say that)

I’ll usually watch Buffy straight through or Angel straight through, but I don’t bother to combine them (as in, if I watch Buffy season 4, I don’t need to watch Angel season 1). Sometimes I’ll watch random episodes, especially if it’s a holiday and I want a theme.

Random watching all the way. Occasionally I do really like a storyline and then watch a couple of episodes in sequence, but then at some point there's a boring episode I don't want to watch, and then it's randomness again 🙂

Occasionally I do watch an episode on TV. I don't actually have a TV, but sometimes I'm visiting my friends in the city, and there we watch Buffy, which is on everyday shortly past midnight in the Netherlands. I think they're in s3 right now.

I watch them random. Whatever eppy I feel like watching I will. Which seems to be the reason for the amount of time I've seen OMWF.

Oh and there are no Buffy reruns in Canada 🙁

I chose the last option, but it really varies. For the last three summers, I've watched the entire two series through. Usually, though, if I need to look up a reference I couldn't remember or wanted to show an episode to a friend to in an attempt to "convert" them, I choose just specific episodes. Generally, I mostly tend to re-watch episodes from Seasons 3 and 6 for fun.

I hosted a Buffy meet-up last month with the group where we watched all the Spike-centric episodes.

I've probably seen 'Passion', 'Tabula Rasa', 'Pangs', 'OMWF' and 'Restless' like a couple dozen times, though. Those are my top five favorites at the moment. 😉

I also wrote a paper once on Buffy, and watched 'Dead Things' WAY too many times.

I mostly watch the shows in full. But sometimes I stray and watch a random episode. Up until last time I've watched Buffy first and then Angel except for one time when I watched the shows as they aired. But I'm way too lazy to do that again (probably). It's so much hard work changing the discs all the time. 😉 But last time I actually watched Angels story first so it meant Buffy season 1-3, Angel season 1-5 and finishing with Buffy season 4-7. Have no idea how I'll do it next time. It all comes down to my mood once I reach the end of Buffy season 3.

Generally I watch a season at a time, though I often miss out some of the episodes. I also watch random episodes on occasion.

Mostly I watch a season at a time but then sometimes I just feel like a particular episode so I watch that one. I did the Buffy/Angel chronological once - that was really good. I should do it again...

I just watch on the internet, since I sadly don't have enough funding to buy the DVD's. I usually watch whatever I feel like watching--sometimes a scene pops into my head and I HAVE to see it. Sometimes I only intend to watch that one scene, but then I really start enjoying the show as a whole and I want to watch more in general. I really need to do a total run-through one of these days, but again, no money = no DVD's! =(

I have watched the seasons in their full arcs so many times that by now I just watch whatever strikes my fancy really. It is great when you see them in their full format though but lets face it - there's not always time 🙁
