Thanks to Lou and a certain thread named "Home is were the heart is" I've been pondering about this question for the last day.

What is your biggest fear?

Mine is to loose selfcontrol.

So what about you?

Not being in control, of me, my life, my future. That genuinely scares the bejesus out of me.

Also, something happening to my Dad. I rely on him for so much, he is one of my best friends. I can't even imagine a world without him in it. The fact that I know that is a reality I will be presented with someday terrifies me.

Not having anyone to turn to. Or talking physical fears, then spiders.

My biggest fear is to be in a horrible accident, paralyzed from the neck down... can't feed myself, can't walk, can't pet my cats or dogs, can't read a book, can't go potty..... in other words, completely dependent on someone else for my everything.

I'd much rather be dead.

Loose: not bound together, or not firm, taut, or rigid.
Lose: to come to be without (something in one's possession or care), through accident, theft, etc., so that there is little or no prospect of recovery.

Sorry to be obnoxious but it seems like 90% of English speaking people mistake loose for lose.

Burried alive. I never realised it, but after seeing a Bones episode where Hodgins, and Tempy were burried alive, I panicked. What if it happened? OMG no.

Also...Spiders, worms, and squids

Burning to death...scares the crap out of me

Oh that's a kinda new for me. Having recently been on fire myself lol (seriously) I get real skittish round flames now, especially candles. I can almost feel the flames licking at my skin again...argh!

I would also like to add this thread to my list...it's scaring the bejesus out of me!

My worst fear is probably being alone. Not in the sense that I can't spend 5 minutes without anyone around (though people that know me probably have noticed my tendencies for company...even if i just go to someone else's room to get bored there 😛), but really being alone. In the sense of not having anyone to turn to etc. I don't know why it scares me so much, it just does.
Also, although I don't know if you can call that scared, diseases. I just hate them and, to be honest, act pretty hypochondriac about them on tons of occasions.

My biggest fear is getting locked up. You lose all control over everything surrounded by people who could snap at anytime and do whatever they want to you.
