Single. always have been. probably will for a few more years as well...maybe forever. I'm not sure yet. I'm gonna hafta see on that one.

Jacklyn...I'm surprised at you, you being a Mod and all. Don't make me report you guys to the principal! 😛 😛 😛

My lady and I practically ARE a married couple....we just don't have a piece of paper to prove it.
We two are going to love each other in the same way, whether that paper is there or not.
We're happy...and that's all that really matters. Maybe someday I will ask her to marry me....who knows.

But until that day comes....Jacklyn and Chasity....leave me alone! 😉

Currently I'm not really dating anyone, although I do seem to be spending alot of time with someone. There are deffinately date like qualities to many of the things we do, but we're not "dating"... I don't think.

Stay firm Old Master, paper only means as much as you want it to, and love conquers all.

Faiths5x5, we should just get married, that way neither of us will ever be "single" again, also, we like alot of the same music, so we'd never fight about that. 😉
 
The only thing the paper can give you really that you don't have, is the ability to be the next of kin if something bad happens, which i quite hope never does, but...if you're not married or related and theres hospital things...not to put any sort of damper or anything. tis great you're happy. oh, i dun make any sense...well...not to me...listen to Kindred. and do what feels best and be happy. that always reminds me of the alamo commercials. Don't worry. Be happy. its a good motto. 😀 i need to work on my...forgot the word but...saying what i think the proper way?...and if i made sense every so often, that would be stellar. i would like to make sense. nice feeling....

lol that'd work for me. As far as I'm aware it could be legally too...maybe not in the states...but...a perk of being a dutch citizen. I don't think there'd be much we'd fight about really...
Hey and that way I won't hafta buy a new Black Market Music CD. My brother broke it. I was quite sad.
I liked the I don't know part, but...that would be a good way to get out of the singleness..not that its all bad but...and rarely any fighting...except maybe which cd to listen to...or if you get annoyed by one song on repeat?...

Well, I call him my hubby, we are common-law (been together a good long while ::heart:: )

But I am actually engaged.

We were to be married this Saturday, until his EVIL sister booked hers for that day, 6 weeks ago (she got a little preggo with a guy she knew for 2 weeks, and well the baby is 5 months - so of course NOW they have to get married).

SOOO we moved all of our deposits to the ONLY date they could all co-ordinate to, which is October 2nd. 🙁

I have my dress...the flowers, the photographers, the hall, the man...grrr I HATE my sister in law! We had to throw out 150 invitations we had made with the May 15th date.

So ya, hehe that's my status!

First of all, congrats... But hold on a minnute, you had had your wedding planned for this Saturday first and she planned hers anyway? You should have totally gone ahead anyway. But how nice of you to change the date. You're a much better person than i am.

Also, while there's nothing wrong with being single, it can acatually be quite a good thing, sometimes it's nice to have someone to share thoes special moments with, things that others might not understand.

yea sometimes i hate being single as you have no one close to talk to when you need a man tlk and no boy hugs which i luv but the one good thing about being single you can flirt with anyone and everyone ::noangel:

Well - we got engaged a few years ago, and when we told her, she made her boyfriend propose. Then, she announced it to the entire family before we did.

Then, she cheated on him with this guy, Jason. So she broke up with her fiance. And got pregnant a month later with the new guy. The baby was born last November. And she was supposed to be married in Oct..then just sent out invites 7 weeks ago with OUR DATE!

Needless to say, I don't like her. Especially since we buy their baby alot of stuff like diapers and bottles, and they are spending all their money on this wedding! Messed up.

Luckily she lives out of town! 🙂
 
Dating, have been for some time (it goes into years). I'm okay with being single though, I've seen all my friends have girl/boyfriends and it kind of annoys me because as much as they try and not let them control their life they do (and I understand, im not that selfish). Then they kind of get high and mighty in a big "it's okay, you'll find someone" kinda thing. I dont want to find someone, I'm happy not having to organize time with someone else, not spending my money on them, not becoming an annoying cutsey couple. I'm not saying theres anything wrong with being in a relationship, but likewise theres nothing wrong with being single.

Although saying that theres a girl I have a crush on, genuinely (sp?) a crush. I actually like her physically and emotionally (I work with her and go to college with her so I have really got to know her) compared to most girls as of late who I have just found fit. Anyway im not going to go off rambling otherwise I'll sound like a love sick puppy dog that I hate.
 
Well guy's im now in a relationship and have been with him a month, thats why ive kinda been absent for a while! i was single for a while before that though and loved it! especially seeing as the problems i had with my ex...but anyway my new guy is sooo nice and seems to really care about me..he's even taking me to Amsterdam this weekend for 3 days and taking me from the airport to a posh hotel in a limo...woohoo i aint letting this one get away! its just nice to have met someone that isn't going to beat me up..lol
Anyway i'll stop rambling now 😀
 
Happily married, will be 9 years this December 16th although we just celebrated 12 years of being together on May 12th! 😀 ....and woooooaaaaaa, neighbours house is on fire....

Ive also been really busy and couldnt get online and went on holiday to Prague but im back now, i really missed this place 🙂
