mine is the body cause i relate so much to it
my mom died in a horrible way and everytime i watch that episode it just makes me so sad
🙁

Sorry about your mom 🙁

I can't choose a favourite but if you told me I had time to watch just one before all remaining copies of Buffy were to be destroyed, I'd probably go for Hush.

Once More with Feeling.

We see the characters perform as we have never seen before and the story is moved along by the revelation of all the secrets the scoobies have kept, most notably that Buffy was pulled out of heaven, not a hell dimension. Only the Xander / Anya routine is cringeworthy - the rest works out surprisingly well.

I'm surprised how much I love that ep. I usually hate musical episodes, but it's fairly well done.
Its hard to pick one, but I like the Halloween episodes, but I think my no.1 is band candy. I think its awesome to see Giles go all Ripper, and the spray paint that says 'KISS Rocks' and Willow says "who would want to kiss rocks?" i lost it.

I guess the episode I watch and enjoy the most is 'Bad Girls', simply because I like the slayers working together and getting closer. 🙂
And sometimes I stop watching 7 minutes before the end and imagine what could've happened. 🙁

Others episodes I enjoy and watch over and over: Graduation Day 1/2, This Year's Girl/Who Are You,The Gift, Tabula Rasa and End Of Days/Chosen.
I really can't norrow down my favourites any further.

I do that all the time where I stop the episode before the end :p
Mine is Passion, I just think it's a beautiful episode, from its content, the music, Angel's monologue, the cinematography, the acting ability of certain characters (Willow/Giles), and the emotional fall out from the events of this episode.

I think it's one of the most seminal episodes ever in Buffy's progression from adolescent to child.

If I could only choose one, I'd go for Once More With Feelings. And if I could add another, I'd watch Tabula Rasa too (I love to watch them back-to-back).

But my favorite episodes are all the main Bangel ones from S2. Innocence/Surprise, Passion, I Only Have Eyes For You, Becoming 1/2. I used to have all of them in a VHS bundle, but I had to sell them (DVD-only now) 🙁

The Body and Restless. In my eyes, they are not just good television shows, but works of art. Right up there with Tarkovsky, Bergman or Fellini. It's a rare thing to accomplish in television.

'Normal Again'.

I love the questions it leaves, I love the idea that everything is a delusion and a fantasy made up by a sick girl who needed an escape from her real life, so she came up with this utterly fantastical place where she's the hero, where she saves the day.

Plus, SMG's acting in this episode was sublime. Especially the scene where she says goodbye to Joyce in the hospital.

I love this episode. I think it's really underrated amongst the fandom but is one of my personal favourites. The fact that it's a conceivable idea that a girl created this world in her own mind and is displayed throughout the episode in much a way that it left me reeling with the question "imagine it that was real".
