1 of Mine would have to be "The Man in the Santa Claus Suite" It was an 80's tv movie and well I love it( it starred fredastaire as santa)----- I also love Miracle on 34th street (bw), Its a wonderful Life ---- And I'm a little bit embarrassed top say I also have a place in my heart for the Home Alone films ( particually 1&2)--- and also even Die Hard : present:

I always loved the claymation classics (ie. Rudolph, The Year without a Santa Claus and Santa Claus is coming to Town).

Also I LOVE Santa Claus: The Movie. It's an 80's movie with John Lithgow and Dudley Moore. I think it's the cutest story. When I was little my Dad used to tell me I looked like the little girl from the movie.

The only Christmas movies I've seen are Elf and the remake of Miracle on 34th Street. I'm sorry to say that the latter is my favorite. It's not very good, but Richard Attenbourgh and Mara Wilson are great in it.

I have to watch Scrooged and Nightmare Before Christmas every year or it just doesn't feel like Christmas. The Claymation stuff is always nice as well.

I just don't seem to get in the christmasy mood anymore. Although I do love it when they play the musicals as I love them. Especially Oliver and Annie 😉

I'd have to go with Bridget Jones' Diary, Love Actually, and When Harry Met Sally/Sleepless In Seattle (sort of Christmas-y).
Ooo, Bridget Jones' and Love Actually are the newer ones I need to add to the list. Both are so wonderful, I'm thinking it's because of Colin Firth.

Miracle on 34th street (the original)
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Merry Christmas Charlie Brown
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the old version)

It's a Wonderful Life has to be my favourite.

Re:

Eight Crazy Nights- Animated (Sandler)
Home Alone Pt. 1- (Caulkin)

I'm not big on Christmas movies or chick flicks, but these two scored okay on my Enjoy-o-meter....Sorta liked Santa Clause 1 (Tim Allen), the raindeers were cracking me up!! :bonk:

Oh I loved Home Alone part 1!
-The Grinch (newer one, with Jim Carrey)
-The Santa Clause 1 and 2
-Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

Oh! What's the name of that Christmas movie with Arnold Schwartzeneggar (wow I spelled that wrong!) and he's trying to get that one toy for his kid..? I can't remember the name of it but I saw it a little while ago and I loved it!

I've never heard anyone else mention this one, so I think I'm probably the only one who's ever liked it, but there's this cartoon they showed on TV last year called Olive the Other Reindeer.

The animation is childish, but it's monstrous clever, and it is 😀 fun-n-ny 😀

The idea is there's this little dog named Olive and when Santa needs another reindeer, she decides it's her because, you know "Olive the other reindeer" like in the Rudolph song.

Drew Barrymore voices Olive.

Oh yeah, and Sunshine Christmas, and Die Hard. Come to think of it, what about Amends?

"Nightmare Before Christmas" is one of my favorite movies of all time so it prolly belongs on my christmas movie list. Although I also love "A Christmas Story" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas"

Jingle All the Way...It's pretty enjoyable. I have a weakness for Sinbad.

I agree that Nightmare Before Christmas is a really good movie, I love it in every way, just not as a christmas movie. The one and only movie I need to watch once every christmas, and that brings me to the right christmasy feeling, is Little Women. It might not be a "real" christmas movie but it's winter a lot and it's all warm feelings and sweet and wonderful, aw I love it.

the old version of 'Miracle on 34th street' and a cartoon version of 'the nutcracker'
