I'm gonna have to go with Briar Rose, for all the twists and turns, and seeing Alan Tudyk being bad. 😀 Even though Alpha was in Omega more, I found that episode a bit sillier, whereas he was really menacing while inside the Dollhouse, terrorising people.

What's your favourite?

It's between Epitaph One and Briar Rose for me. I love Epitaph One but I think Briar Rose was the most Buffyesque episode. It was VERY funny but serious at the same time! And Alan Tudyk's performance was superb. (sw)

I chose "Epitah One" because it had an amazing number of mindf**ks but "Echoes" and "Needs" are very close, as well as "Briar Rose". It's really hard to choose though, I can honestly say I found every episode absorbing.

Aww crap. I was to hurry and vote for 'Spy In The House Of Love'. I forgot that I have 'Briar Rose' as my fav. It's always be 'Briar Rose'. 🙁

I went with Epitaph One, as it was such a mindf**k. However, I also wanted to vote for Man on the Street, as it had at least 3 "Holy Crap" moments. Briar Rose was freakin great as well!

Stage Fright, of course!

No, I'm TOTALLY kidding. I went with Epitaph One, since it was easily one of my all-time favorite Jossverse eps. If we're only talking about episodes from the regular, aired season, I'd say Briar Rose. It blended humor and drama perfectly and Alan Tudyk was excellent. A Spy in the House of Love, Omega, and Man on the Street were all really great as well.

briar rose is my favourite,
i also kinna liked the target for some weird reason.

every episode of Dollhouse is good. just waiting for it to come out on dvd!

'Briar Rose'. I was honestly on the edge of my seat while watching most of this episode. It was a great episode for Ballard (I couldn't imagine anyone besides Tahmoh playing this role... he's extremely effective).

I liked Spy In The House of Love. While Epitaph One is fsking AMAZING and Briar Rose is fantastic, I can watch Spy over and over again and not get tired of it. I'm not sure what makes me like it so much, though. *insert shrug here*

Man on the Street. It was the ep where the hairs on the back of my neck truly stood at attention. It is rare for television to provoke that kind of response, or any response, really, that is not a big yawn.

I'm surprised to see so many votes for the UNAIRED ep.! Has Epitaph One yet been shown in the US or will I have to get to see it only on the DVD release?

I went with Echoes. Adelle and Topher just kill me in this episode.
Also, wow, I really am in the minority with regards to my dislike of Epitaph One huh? I feel so left out!

I picked Briar Rose such a good episode 😀 it was a close called between that an Epitaph One though.

I picked Haunted cause my friend was in that one lol

Before I get started, OMG who was your friend?! lol

I actually picked Haunted too but because Adelle is one of my favorite characters and I really loved seeing the interaction between her and her friend's imprint in Echo. I loved seeing Epitah one, but that made me like Adelle as a character even more because of the way she acted with Topher in both scenes with them. Therfore, made me love Haunted more. Of course, I loved all of the episodes and Briar Rose, Epitah One and True Believer are all tied for a very very close second.

I'd have to say Needs, it was just really good and I liked the beginning because Echo and Paul would be a cute couple! Then it would have to be Epitaph One, because Felicia Day is awesome!

I really enjoyed echoes because of the sheer silliness of it.
And I ADORED Spy in the House of Love because it provides such insight into Adele's character.
But Epitaph One was simply beautiful. It was touching and fascinating and pure Whedon.

After rewatching the episodes on DVD its got to be Epitaph One but followed very closely by Man on the Street just because both these episodes keep you on the edge of your seat. There are so many twists and turns its unreal. Epitaph One is the big surprise episode out of them all. Its one I really thought would be crap and turned out amazingly, I love it when a show does that to you.
