I think the writers one is from last year actually 😉 But with the Prop 8 gay marriage debate in California STILL going on after being dragged out for so darn long, I guess it doesn't really matter, lol

Jane Espenson looks great! And holy cow, Charisma looks amazing. She's not even wearing makeup in that photo and she looks SO good. I want to look like that when I'm 40.
