Bianca Lawson was on last nights Nikita (episode 5). Did I recognize her? Nope.

More than I thought I would. It's not awesome but I like watching it. I hadn't even started to watch it if a certain someone hadn't used a beautiful Nikita banner.
 
Bianca Lawson was actually also on Secret Life of an American Teenager & Pretty Little Liars, STILL playing a high school student and pulling it off! That woman doesn't age and she really makes the rounds with TV guest appearances.
 
Cali Rocha was in The Crucible and just the other day I saw Marcus Blucas in an ep of house and apperently Amber Benson is gonna be guesting in the 7th episode of grey's!

I recently got through watching Six Feet Under for the first time. Eric Balfour is in it quite a bit. Michelle Trachtenberg is in a bunch of episodes in season 4. And Tom Lenk is in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it scene in an ep of season 4 aswell 🙂.



The only other ones I can think of are Jeff Kober (Rack) is in the episode Folsom Prison Blues in season 2 of Supernatural and Chad Lindberg who plays Ash on Supernatural was in I Robot, You Jane. He played that guy Dave 🙂

Love Six Feet Under, especially how it ends and MT playing a character VERY different from Dawn, especially when she seduces her gay bodyguard. Andy Umberger (D'Hoffryn) plays the Dr who treats Nate in the final season (Ronald Meltzer perhaps?) and Beth Grant from Rm w/a Vu is in the ep with the floating sex dolls.

Also Vanessa's actress sister appears to be playing a demon on Angel or perhaps Charmed (and the actress who plays Vanessa is the damsel in distress in Judgement)
Frances Conroy of course now plays Barney's mum in HIMYM alongside AH whilst Michael C Hall is with JB on Dexter
 
Holtz was in the X-Files season 8 playing a villain. I recognised him straight away with his low, scary voice.
 
Eric Balfour has also been in some MTV vampire drama called Valemont.

I see people have mentioned that James guest starred in Hawaii Five O, lets not forget that Daniel Dae Kim is a regular on that.

Here is hoping James does not come back, I like this show and don't need him to ruin it for me.
 
On LEVERAGE, Christian Kane (Lindsey) is a regular. Aldis Hodge, who plays Hardison on Leverage, had a role in the Buffy episode "Fear Itself" as a kid in a Halloween mask who jumps out at Buffy and gets punched.

Mark Sheppard (Badger on Firefly and Tanaka on Dollhouse) has a recurring role.

Sam Anderson (Holland Manners), Danny Strong (Jonathan Levinson) and Armin Shimerman (Principal Snyder) have all had guest roles.

Emma Caulfield and Robia La Morte were both on Beverly Hills, 90210. Robia was in two episodes, and Emma was in around 40.

I'm a longtime fan of Gilmore Girls, so when I started watching Buffy for the first time and saw Danny in the background as a glorified extra of sorts (at least in the first few seasons), I kept screaming, "DOYLE! IT'S DOYLE!" at my computer. Ah, now i'm getting all nostalgic thinking about him and Paris. And that one time he and Rory got drunk at a bar and he took off in her way-too-large-for-a-man-his-size jacket.
