I don't know about you, but I've always gotten a kick out of the little web comics that reference the Whedonverse. I'd like to start collecting them. Wanna help?

Yeah, I like that one too. And did you notice if you click on the pic it zooms in. Once you get it large enough it makes great wallpaper.
 
here's a Faith comic that's pretty good in my opinion. It hasn't been updated in a long while but there is a lot of back story to catch up on and though it no longger ties in with the whedonverse since buffy season 7, it's still a good read.

I'm glad I know about it now, but I can't honestly say I liked it.
The Faith character doesn't behave the way I would expect Faith to behave base on any B/A season's version of Faith I know. It's a personal thing. I can't swallow that fanfic version of Faith.

Also that vampire guy just goes on and on about how wonderful he is. Don't you just want to say, "Shut up Vampire guy. I want to know more about Faith."

It's weird. I wasn't particulary impressed by that comic, yet I kind of enjoyed reading it. I think a lot of fanfic is like that. Again, thanks for the link.
 
Well, I've been reading Tales of the Vampires which is kinda interesting. If you guys haven't read it, its an anthology of books by Dark Horse comics that contains a bunch of mini stories about vampires in it. There's this on about Xander and Dracula after S7 finale which was totally hilarious! It was great. If you guys haven't read it, it's probably an entertaining read for you guys.
 
I've heard of the series, but I've never been lucky enough to run across one. Does it expand on the Whedon vampire myth at all. Like is there stuff about Whedon vamps, slayers or watchers you'll discover from reading TOTV that you don't know from just watching B/A?

I read the first Tales of the Slayer. That was pretty entertaining.
 
Maybe I should have further elaborated when I originally posted..
When I say good, I meant it has substance, of a sort, unlike some of the other net comics that have no story line what so ever.. And I think it was a good read because you could see all the work that was put into it. I kind of look at it as a whole separate character, and storyline. That Faith is so far from a buffyverse Faith I just made it separate in my head, so if you look it as a story that was inspired by Faith, and isn't about Faith I guess it's easer to swallow. That's pretty much how I looked at it. I have to agree with you about a lot of it being annoying. That guy was the biggest know it all I think the real faith would have just killed him, lol..
Anyways I posted that one particularly because it was as long as it was, most I stumble across are pretty short, and aren't updated. I figured this one was at least long enough to be worth reading even though the creator has probably stopped working on it.
Well I am glad you read it, even though you didn't like it.. (Sorry about that.) You never can tell what people will like until you show it to them. I figured it was worth a shot.

It's weird. I didn't like it, but I enjoyed reading it. Does that even make sense. In fact I didn't quite finish it, but I'm going to go back and finish it later. It's on my list of things to do.

Hey Faithy, did you say you know where some more B/A-ish stuff like this is? Got some links? I want to read some more. I might be critical, but I'll always be nice. I promise. 🙂
