Turns out Felicia Day may be some sort of savvy business woman as well as a creative force.
Her web series The Guild has been receiving pitches from assorted media including conventional. The thing is she wants to hang onto the rights, so she's swung a deal with Microsoft to screen the second season of The Guild via X Box live, Zune, and MSN. Sprint is cutting in to promote itself via The Guild as well.

There are promotions for Season Two of The Guild at MSN.com Here.
Getting ahold of The Guild Season Two may be a bother. It sounds like it goes to X Box live for 4 weeks, then we the X boxless can view it at MSN.
The important thing is there will be money coming in for The Guild.
In the meantime Doctor Horrible is still working a commercial deal with I tunes. A DVD and CD of the soundtrack is available and there seems to be other sundry other spin-off, possibly, one day commercial schemes such as singalongs, or stage productions either in the works, in progress, or in idea stage.
