I don't know if anyone else has been following the Comic Coverage but Joss has had 2 panels that were mainly about him (well one was him and JJ Abrams)
But he had some interesting stuff to say.
Stuff below has SPOILERS for all his shows and comics up to date (no future spoilers though)
Avengers
He is officially directing The Avengers
He confirmed that Jeremy Renner will be taking the role of Hawkeye on Avengers, He's the main dude from The Hurt Locker, and he was in an Episode of Angel, he was James (I think!), the vampire that gets his hart taken out so he can't die and goes after Angel! - Link
He made a Joke that Nathan was going to be Ant-Man, but that Ant Man wont be in the film, but it was kinda missed in the roar of the crowd, so people mistook that as a confirmation.
Other Projects
He was going to be working on an Internet Movie called Wastelanders, with comic writer Warren Ellis, but now that The Avengers has come up he has put that on hold, but would like to come back to it.
He mentioned that he didn't think his shows were cable shows, he still thought of his stuff as something on Fox, but since Dollhouse doesn't seem to think that anymore - not news but it was interesting his reason for not doing cable.
He says he hadn't planned on Boyd being the bad guy in Dollhouse, that came about when they were headed for cancellation.
He says there is no release date for Cabin in the Woods, and with MGM filing for bankruptcy their may not be anything soon, but have to wait and see.
Dr. Horrible
One of the questions was about Dr. Horrible for Rock Band, and he says he was approached about it but nothing ever came of it, but he would look into it.
Comics
One of the guys asked a question about Good characters doing Evil things for the greater good, a la Angel killing Drogyn, Joss said he found the idea interesting of a character being pushed to do something evil for the greater good, that is hard to comprehend , Thought it was interesting, seeing as whats going on in the comic.
Firefly
He also said (and apparently it was already widely known) that one of the reasons (or a factor) that wash died was that Alan couldn't commit to the contract, or had trouble singing up to it and sequels, and the network suggested killing the character, Joss said no then decided to do it as it could work for the story.
He also says the Shepard Book comic coming out, will be answering all questions about Book!
