When did u start watching Buffy/Angel

I was just wonder when u started watching Buffy/Angel? purely out of interest 🙂

hehe forgot to say when I started!
I started watching At the start of season 2 and did not see season 1 until I bought it on DVD during Season 4!

I didn't start watching either show until they were both over.

My friend was crazy about them and had every season of both shows on dvd so after convincing me for months I should give them a chance I borrowed them and immediately got hooked.

I now have every season of Buffy on dvd and am considering getting Angel too.

I had seen the pilot of Buffy when it first aired but I started watching it during season 3.First Homecoming,then The Wish,then Earshot,and after that I never missed an episode of Buffy or Angel.

I started watching when the show first came on Dutch telly, so season 1. Although, by that time season 2 was already airing the US.

Me too. I happened to catch an epi of Buffy on Fox one day, they were in S5 at the time. I was immediately hooked and started taping it every day to watch when I got home. Heh - I must have been home sick that day or something, cuz it comes on from 12-2 during the week. Anyway......I watched them on Fox for a while, and it finally came back around to S3, when Angel leaves, and by then, of course, I HAD to see what happened to him, so I bought all the seasons of Angel on DVD and started watching them! Now that I'm thoroughly obsessed, I have to watch a couple of epi's of either one or the other every day, or I just don't feel "right." Well....I'm probably NOT right....but that's besides the point!

I wasn't sure what to vote... I watched some episodes now and then but I never realized BtVS was good until in the beginning of 2004. But to be fair, they were just about to start airing season 4 in Sweden then, and hadn't aired any of the Angel seasons...
(But I'm a bit ashamed I didn't discover BtVS earlier than I did.)

Like eponinethen, I'd watched a few episodes of Buffy, but I didn't really watch it regularly until halfway through season 5. But I never actually watched Angel on tv, I just bought the seasons on DVD. 😉

I started watching Buffy during season 6 the episode SMASHED actually, but it was airing in reruns... so I said s5 of Angel because I started watching it at about the time Soul Purpose aired, in non rerun form, I saw almost the entire series of Buffy before that though.
