When Is Season 10?

Has it ever been established what year Season 10 is taking place? I think that Season 7 ended somewhere between 6 and 18 months after the end of "Angel," which would have been 2005 or 2006. "Season 8" ran monthly for over 3 years, but the action within the story line couldn't have taken more than a year, tops, then each subsequent "Season" ran 24 months, but the story line couldn't have possibly covered even half of that time. If we assume that each subsequent "Season" is supposed to be a year, would that make Season 10 taking place around 2010, at the latest?
 
More like 2011 - Andrew uses Apple Siri which was released that year. Now, of course the writers aren't exactly bothered with consistency but it still makes sense when you assume that 1 season = 1 year and add the 18 months from between the end of season 7 and the start of season 8 and then the months that pass between seasons 8 and 9 and 9 and 10.

Hey, that's unfair - Buffy did not act this immaturely in season 1! No, seriously. Xander asks her out in "Prophecy Girl" and she simply tells him how she feels - she's honest and she's blunt, there's no room for confusion. Now, compare it to her behavior towards Spike in the recent seasons. Geez Buffy, woman up.
