When is the next episode??

There were no previews after this week's Buffy, which usually means no new episode next week. Does anyone know if this is just a one week break or is it longer? A few people in the "Never Leave Me" discussion thought no new Buffy episodes until January, but I thought that was Angel's schedule. Anyone know for sure?
 
I was talking to someone else (not on this board) who also said there's not going to be a new ep until Janurary. Why they do this to us, I don't know! If you think about it, spreading 22 episodes over 9 months is crumby any way they do it!
 
I read it somewhere else also that there will be no episodes during December. I don't know the exact date in Janurary in which it will air. To me, it isn't such a bad thing, 'cause when it comes back, it will be a whole bunch of new episodes in a row. Plus, everybody is so busy during December with all the holidays coming up...wouldn't want anybody missing Buffy because of that. (Nor Angel for that matter.) 🙂

man,... that totally sucks on one side... but is really good on the other, because I have exams over the next two weeks! ahh!
 
Uhm, no, because Februari the 2nd is on a sunday (my birthday) and it's aired the 4th, so still on Tuesdays!
 
Those last dates seem a little odd. I have a feeling those will change or they aren't the correct dates. Why would they end it in the beginning of April. Don't shows usually end at the beginning of May...ish... 😛
 
I think the pertinent question here is why is the last episode called shut your mouth. that doesn't sound like a final episode title. i get the subtext involved. close the hell mouth. but what does jw want to do.

No, but episode titles are, I'm not mad, I just said Shut your mouth as a joke, because it was what we were talking about, anyway speculations are also part of the spoilers, aren't they?
 
the eps will continue until may, they just havent released the ep titles thats all...i wish they would air some eps in december while i'm actually on vacation adn can watch them without having to stay up late doing hw...oh well...

and speculation is diff than spoilers and it should be indicated if it is not confirmed news...
 
Don't know about y'all, but I like the episode title. Shut Your Mouth has attitude; and that being said, doesn't anybody think it might pertain to

But the person isnt even supposed to come around now...so i doubt it..and i HEARD that buffy will air a new episode dec 17...so know if its true or not??
 
I've heard it too, but it's unconfirmed yet, but it seems possible to me, it would be better for the story!
 
Yeah, there is definitely an episode on December 17th. I checked tvguide.com, and for me, they are never wrong. I looked on there early today, and the episode wasn't there - I just looked right now, and the episode Bring On the Night is said to air the 17th. So, I hope everybody knows that it's not Janurary as we thought.
