Is there one defining moment (be it fight or just general groupiness) where you see the Scooby Gang/Fang Gang and admire them as a group or team?

Probably the final battle at the end of Chosen. They all had their roles to play and they each took care of what they were supposed to. I liked that.

I think a defining moment for the Scooby Gang is in Season 4's Primeval - when they invoke the powers of the Slayer lineage and the enjoining spell kicks in: they merge their psyches in Buffy's body comprising of Buffy's physical strength (Manus), Giles's knowledge (Sophus), Xander's heart (Animus) and Willow's magic power (Spiritus). This showed how much the Scooby Gang as a collective was important and how each contributed something of value.

My personal favourite moment of the Scooby gang is that moment in Season 7's Chosen before the final battle when they just discuss normal things - it just sums up the group so completely. They talk about going to the mall after saving the world, leading Giles to declare - "the earth is definitely doomed," which echoes the end of The Harvest in Season 1. Its as though they have come full circle.

To be honest I think the Scoobies finest moment, in terms of them being a group, was in Welcome to The Hellmouth/The Harvest...the way they came together and the courage they showed was really amazing. I can't think of any other moment that was not marred by something else for me.

Awesome banner!
What absolutely brings a tear to my eye (don't ask me why, but it does) is when Buffy walks in and starts singing the "If We're Together...." part of "I've Got a Theory" during "Once More, With Feeling." OMG... I love it!! It is so beautiful, so touching, so..... WOW!!!

I love this also!!!!!!
I'm partial to the march to the mall with the Rocket Launcher in Innocence. My favorite iteration of the Scooby gang with everyone rising above their romantic drama to stop a two-episode-arc apocalypse. Plus, "Everybody keep back. Damage control only. Take out any lesser vamps if you can. I'll handle the Smurf."
