Where are you from?

I'm from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma!
And before anyone asks, no I do not (nor have I ever) live on a farm. Not all of Oklahoma is farmlands and prarie, it's actually quite nice!

Born and raised in New York City, specifically a region of NYC known as the South Bronx (NYC's very own version of the Hellmouth).

Currently residing in Queens, NY.

I live in Brisbane, Australia. not the world's most exciting city but not a bad place to live (except for the insane peak hour traffic sitch)

I'm from Sweden, born and raised in à–rnsköldsvik in the north part (or really more like the middle part actually) but I now live in Stockholm.

Ooh! What part of Texas? Cause Oklahoma's still better! Especially in football!!!! Boomer Soomer!

LOL! And here I thought OK was just a satellite of TX! I live in the Dallas area, but I'm originally from further south....close to Austin.

What part of OK are you? The border is only about 45 minutes from where I live! I've been wanting to go up the Choctaw Reservation casino for the longest, just haven't made it up there yet.....

I'm from Oklahoma City, but I have a lot of family down there in Durant and the surrounding area in the Choctaw nation. We are down that way and at Lake Texoma all the time, especially in the summer. It's only about 2 hours away from here, maybe a little more. That place is huge too! I've never been in, but I've driven by it a couple times and my aunt used to actually work there....

www.choctawcasinos.com can tell you all about special events and musicians they are having there and such. they usually have some pretty good acts there. have fun!

Oh, cool! Thanks for the link!

Ahh, OK City...I've been there a couple of times. Visited that really neat indoor planetarium......thing? I forget what it's called. But SO cool! It was winter when I was there, and there was 2 ft. of snow on the ground, but inside was like summer! My best friend's from OK City......nice to meet you! *waves from McKinney, TX*

You should have stayed another day, the snow would be gone and it would be 50 degrees outside!!!
^^^ So, you're telling me y'all have that same saying we do, huh? "If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes!" LOL!

Born in Winchester, England, but lived in Folkestone, Dover, Elswick, Lisburn, Belfast, Omagh (all in England or Northern Ireland), Germany, Gibraltar, Brunei, Nigeria, Holland, Ireland, Cyprus and now in Baku, Azerbaijan.

bloomfield hills, detroit, michigan, usa

Dude, no joke about the weather! Except this last month, we're going on like 20 straight days of rain in OKC, although from what I hear y'all probably have it worse than we do. And also the planetarium is at the Omniplex Museum, but for some reason I have a feeling you are talking about the Crystal Bridge (the big circle bridge filled with tropical plants and the like) that's downtown at the Myriad Gardens....

And it's nice to meet you too by the way Texas!
